Ozzy Osbourne has issued a half-hearted apology to Britney Spears following their spat over his prior comments criticizing her social media dance videos.
The 75-year-old rockstar addressed the 42-year-old pop sensation directly on the latest episode of his family’s podcast The Osbournes.
‘Britney, I really owe you an apology,’ the iconic music artist began in reference to previously saying he was ‘fed up’ with seeing daily clips of her dancing.
‘I’m so sorry for making that comment,’ he added before doubling down, ‘However, it would be better if you didn’t do the same f**king dance every day.’
Ozzy then advised the Toxic hitmaker to ‘change a few movements.’

Kelly Osbourne, who co-hosts the show with her dad, mom Sharon, and brother Jack, also apologized.
She had previously called Britney’s social media reels ‘very sad.’
‘Britney, never stop dancing. I love your dancing. It makes you happy and I’m so sorry if any of us offended you,’ the 39-year-old former reality TV star said.
Sharon, 71, began, ‘Listen, I like Britney a lot,’ before Ozzy interjected, ‘I love Britney Spears. But it’s the same dance every day.’
Kelly jokingly corrected her dad as she said, ‘No, sometimes, she has knives,’ in reference to a September 2023 post from Spears in which she worried fans by dancing with the sharp utensils.
Ozzy then said, ‘I really do apologize. I love you and I think you’re beautiful.’
His and Sharon’s 38-year-old son Jack then quipped, ‘But mix it up.’
Britney initially responded to the family’s remarks with a lengthy Instagram caption, in which she also defended actress Kate Beckinsale, 50, against trolls who said she’s ‘too old’ to dance in online videos.

‘I adore Kate Beckinsale especially because she’s from London!!! I realized how incredibly cruel people were talking about her IG saying she needs more age appropriate content … she’s in her fifties and I thought it was pretty badass how she responded with a mini bow in her hair looking literally 4 years old!!!’
She added, ‘I’m gonna do a photoshoot with Kate and tell the Osbourne family who is the most boring family known to mankind to kindly f**k off!!!’
