Ore Oduba headed to work at Manchester’s Hope Mill Theatre on Saturday as he was seen for the first time since revealing his ‘life destroying’ porn addiction.
The broadcaster, 39, who is starring in a production of Mel Brooks’ Young Frankenstein musical, cut a low key figure on route to rehearsals ahead of Monday’s opening perfomance.
Ore wrapped up warm from the autumn weather in a navy padded coat which he layered over an Adidas jumper and black joggers.
The former Strictly winner donned a baseball cap and toted his essentials in a rucksack while carrying a large water bottle.
Ore spoke to Paul Brunson on his podcast We Need To Talk stating that it was only 18 months ago that he ‘escaped my addiction’.
‘Shame kept me silent for 30 years. It took me 30 years, two deaths, and a divorce to finally go: here’s what’s happening,’ he revealed.

The father of two said he wanted to speak out now to highlight the issue of children seeing sexual imagery on social media.
An emotional Ore said: ‘This is me putting my life as it is on the line, to save my children and to guide anybody else’s children going into a world where at their fingertips, they can fall into something they never asked to.’
He added: ‘Part of me is terrified, the vast majority is terrified because I feel like, personally, for me, the rest of my life begins the day after this, as it’s a kind of a seminal draw-the-line moment.’
It comes after his ex-wife Portia Jett has taken a bold swipe at the star over co-parenting, in the wake of his revelation.
The TV researcher re-shared an Instagram meme from co-parenting coach Chantal Contorines’ Instagram, which featured the words; ‘Them: How has co-parenting been lately?’ alongside a video of a John Cleese smashing his head into a wall.
An accompanying a caption including the words: ‘You can’t co-parent with a person who wants to control you and hurt you… You can’t co-parent with a person who hates you more than they “love” (and don’t have a capacity for love) their children.’
Prior to the post about co-parenting, Portia also shared an image showing her and Ore’s kids Roman, seven, and Genie, four, alongside Taylor Swift’s track Father Figure, which included words about ‘protecting her family’.
Portia and Ore met when they were both at university, and they announced the end of their nine year marriage in October last year. Ore confirmed the couple are now divorced during his appearance on Paul’s podcast.

Jaws will no doubt drop at the post shared by Portia on Tuesday, with the playful video placed alongside a caption reading: ‘Can you relate?…
‘You can’t ever co-parent with a person who hates you more than they “love” (and they don’t have a capacity for love) their children…
‘Or a person who is incapable of compromise, compassion, empathy, respect, and putting others needs before their own- even their own children’s needs. You can’t communicate with this person…
‘There is zero resolution. You can’t genuinely, openly talk about how your children are doing and what you both need to do to meet their needs…
‘You can’t be honest and open with this person as anything you say can and will be used against you. Maybe not now, but at some point it absolutely will…
‘You can’t co-parent with a person who wants to control you and hurt you, and who is not ever able to get past this need for power and control over you…

‘You can’t reason with a person who is unreasonable and irrational and truly doesn’t care about how their actions, or lack thereof, affect their children…
‘A person who truly doesn’t care about their children’s best interests, but only sees them as a constant steady source of narcissistic supply and an easy weapon to hurt you…
‘A person who has waged war against you and is hellbent on winning this war, ofttimes using the children as little soldiers to conquer you. This is not co-parenting…
‘It’s active and intentional counter parenting designed to exhaust you on every level- financially, mentally, psychologically, emotionally, physically and spiritually, while isolating you from any and all sources of support.’
