Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are keeping fans guessing about their relationship status.
One week after reuniting for an anniversary dinner in the midst of divorce proceedings, the estranged couple were spotted without their weddings rings in Georgia separately on Saturday.
Kim was seen exiting a convenience store in a black halter top and gray sweats sans ring, while Kroy rocked a hoodie and black jeans grabbing lunch without his wedding band in sight.
The solo weekend jaunts were a bit puzzling, as Kim had recently added her married name, Biermann, back to her Instagram bio and the pair had spent their 12th anniversary together on a lavish date.
It also follows Kim selling off some of her luxury goods –such as a $7500 Chanel purse — after she and Kroy put their Atlanta home on the market for $6 million last month in an attempt to decrease their debt.

Although the two have put their home on the market, they are still living together under its roof.
However, a judge overseeing their divorce ruled last month that Kim must relocate to the home’s finished basement for her living quarters, while Kroy is allowed to stay in the former couple’s bedroom.
Kim and Kroy will be allowed to freely roam the common areas such as the kitchen and living room in the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home, which they purchased in 2012 for $880,000 and is now on the market $6 million.
The judge also ordered the pair to act civilly towards one another in an effort to protect the couple’s 4 young kids — Kroy ‘KJ’, 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, nine.

‘Neither parent shall disparage the other parent in the presence of or earshot of the minor children,’ the documents read.
Another stipulation stated that neither parent is allowed to listen in on the other parent’s time with the children, and the children cannot be utilized as messengers between the parents.
Kroy had also legally adopted Kim’s two daughters from a previous relationship: Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21.
Kroy initially filed for divorce from Kim in May, but they reconciled and dropped the filing in July. He then filed again in August, requesting permission to sell the couple’s Georgia home amid a possible foreclosure.

They have reconciled and split up since then multiple times amid their ongoing family financial crisis, as Biermann in May called Zolciak a ‘compulsive behavior addict’ who had squandered $1.5 million dollars of the family fortune gambling.
The NFL alum made the allegations against Zolciak after she called police May 4 at their Milton, Georgia mansion, prior to his first divorce filing.
The accusations about Zolciak’s gambling losses were seen in a Milton Police Department bodycam video after officers responded to the home after Kim reported a domestic dispute.
Following the second divorce filing, a source to People earlier this month that both Kim and Kroy are ‘still under the same roof,’ but revealed that all was far from well, adding, ‘it’s a money war right now.’
Despite living together, the insider explained that the estranged couple are ‘not trying to get back together.’

In their first two months of being split – in which both asked the court for sole legal and physical custody of their four younger children – Kim and Kroy took issue with one another in court documents.
Kim said that Kroy smokes marijuana, calling into credibility his ability to raise their kids; while Kroy claimed that Kim’s gambling habit has consumed her time and decimated the family finances.
