I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia has seen 12 celebrities so far descend on the South African jungle to battle it out to be crowned the 2024 winner.
And the latest round of celebrities to take on the gruelling challenge have revealed whether they will be taking part in one specific tradition on the show.
The stars have dished on whether they would consider stripping naked in the outdoor shower, with one surprising celebrity admitting they would be open to do so.
Last year, stars including Domenica Calarco, Aesha Scott, Ian ‘Dicko’ Dickson and Harry Garside stripped off to hop in the shower in scenes aired on the Ten reality TV show.
However, it seems the 2024 cast will not be following in their footsteps as they have vowed to boycott the nude jungle shower tradition.
The 2024 I’m A Celebrity Australia cast have revealed whether they will be stripping naked in the outdoor shower, with one surprising celebrity admitting they would be open to do so
Speaking before entering the jungle, influencer Skye told news.com.au: ‘No way [will I shower naked], my partner was like, ‘You are a mother!’
‘I definitely will only be showering in bikinis. I don’t think people need to see that. I keep my bits to myself.’
Retired ironwoman Candice, 39, agreed as she insisted she will be keeping comfortable in a swimsuit while taking a shower on the TV program.
Former Studio 10 host Tristan, 41, seemed more open to the idea, before admitting he doesn’t feel even comfortable showering at home if his own children are in the bathroom.
But Denise Drysdale, 75 – who entered the camp as an intruder on Monday – was the one celebrity who revealed she might strip off, having become used to outdoor showering while living in a caravan.
Contestants, including Skye Wheatley, admitted they had no plans to indulge in any nude showering in the jungle and intend on staying covered up
However, Denise Drysdale, 75 – who entered the camp as an intruder on Monday – was the one celebrity who revealed she might consider stripping off
‘When I was building a house, we had a caravan we lived in with an outdoor shower,’ she said.
‘All the wiggly worms used to come out and into the shower, and the first night was awful, but by the third night, I’d named them all.’
‘But, if someone can see me nude, I’ll probably yell, ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here,’ she quipped.
Last year, a whole host of celebrities were seen stripping off completely naked to shower on the show as they didn’t shy away from baring all in front of the cameras.

Married At First Sight star Domenica Calarco later revealed that at one point or another, every contestant had stripped down to hop in the shower.
‘Everyone’s got their birthday suit, mine just happened to be out in the jungle,’ she told news.com.au at the time.
‘I did only end up showering about three or four times, but I was taking my shirt off and getting changed in front of everyone in camp. You just become so nonchalant.’
She also told how her co-star Peter Helliar had been taking nude showers before deciding to cover up when he realised the scenes would make it to air.

Their campmate Ian ‘Dicko’ Dickson also gave an insight into the protocol they had for naked showers in the jungle.
He explained how they would use their microphone packs and akubra hats as a signal to let the other stars know the shower was occupied.
‘If you leave your akubra upturned with your microphone in it, at the point where you turn down to go towards the showers, it means that person’s in the shower and you’re not to go in there. That was the code,’ he said.
