Olly Murs Shows Off Six-Pack in Speedos During Orlando Trip with Mark Wright

Olly Murs flaunted his ripped physique on Tuesday, as he shared a photo posing in nothing but a pair of Speedos while on holiday in Orlando with his pal Mark Wright.

The singer, 41, stripped down to the tiny white swim briefs for a visit to the Universal Volcano Bay waterpark and posed beaming snap showing off his toned abs and muscles.

Earlier this year, Olly embarked on a rigorous 12-week diet and exercise regimen to transform his much-loved ‘dad bod’.

The Heart Skips A Beat hitmaker enlisted a team of dedicated professionals to whip him into shape, sharing his progress on social media.

And he looked proud of his efforts as he displayed the results in an Instagram dump from his and Mark’s Florida getaway, alongside Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy, Denise Van Outen and Holly Willoughby. 

Other snaps saw the comedic duo, who host Heart Radio’s Sunday Breakfast together, enjoying rides on rollercoasters and getting competitive with each other in an arcade.

The pair also took a trip to Harry Potter World where they posed as Hogwarts students, complete with wands and robes. 

While Olly also shared a video of him taking to the stage for a karaoke contest at a bar, showing off his dance skills and vocals.

Captioning the montage of fun-filled photos and clips, he wrote: ‘A week to remember’.

It comes after Olly revealed ‘the honeymoon period is definitely over’ with his wife Amelia, just one month after they welcomed their second child.  

The Dear Darlin’ star and the fitness influencer, 33, have a 17-month-old daughter named Madison together and welcomed a baby boy, Albert, in September.

Appearing at the 2025 Variety Club Showbusiness Awards last month, Olly confessed that he and Amelia are in a new phase of their relationship after becoming a family-of-four.

He explained that he recorded his Marry Me album three years ago, during his and Amelia’s child-free time together, which he described as the honeymoon period. 

However, his new music takes a ‘cheekier’ turn and makes it clear that phase is ‘definitely gone, but in a fun way’.

Speaking to Entertainment Daily!, Olly said: ‘I wrote an album three years ago, and it was the Marry Me album. It was when we had no children, so it was like a honeymoon period.

‘So it was like: “Oh, I love you. You’re amazing. You’re incredible”. 

‘This album, I was able to be a little bit more cheekier with it. So when people hear it, the honeymoon period’s definitely gone, but in a fun way. 

‘We’re talking about other things in the music, but still celebrating my love for her.’

The couple tied the knot in July 2023 and announced the arrival of their baby girl on in April the following year.

Olly has said that he was planning to be much more present during the newborn stage of their son, after leaving home just 48 hours after Amelia gave birth the first time to support Take That on tour.

At one of the shows, the singer told the crowd how he had been juggling nappies and late nights, but felt guilty he had been working away from home.

He said: ‘It’s been the most craziest time. Cos obviously on one hand I’ve got this beautiful baby girl, my wife is at home looking after her with the nappies, and the sleepless nights. And I’m on tour with Take That. I feel guilty!’

Speaking on his Heart Breakfast show last year, Olly candidly confessed he broke down in tears after he was forced to leave his wife and child just two days after the birth.

He detailed the emotional toll the decision had on him months later when he realised he had never gotten to know his daughter as a baby.
