They’re adjusting to life as parents after welcoming twins via surrogate in July – but Ollie and Gareth Locke admit they’re open to the prospect of having a third child.
Former Made In Chelsea star Ollie and husband Gareth welcomed son Apollo Magnus Obi and daughter Cosima Emily Bex three months ago, with brother and sister spending time in neonatal intensive care after being born prematurely at just 31 weeks.
But while life has drastically changed since the twins left hospital, they don’t rule out extending their family with the help of surrogate mum Max – who they describe as a close friend
‘We do still have five embryos and that’s a funny situation because they’ve come so far and I don’t like the idea of just getting rid of them,’ Ollie, 36, told MailOnline while attending the Radiant Resilience debut exhibition at London’s Grove Gallery on Sunday evening.
‘So they’ll be in the fridge for a while and we’ll see what happens, so in a couple of years, who knows?’

He added: ‘I would have Max back if she wanted us and we wanted to have more kids, oh my God – I would adore it! It’s the best thing, and she’s become one of our best friends as well, and she’s coming down to stay next weekend as well.
‘It’s very much her decision, and not ours, but we need to work on the babies we have first. Our daughter’s middle name is Max after her.’
Ollie became a household name thanks to his former role on Made In Chelsea, the long-running reality show about the trials and tribulations of well heeled west London socialites.
One of the E4 show’s original cast-members, he finally left in 2018 to pursue an acting career after winning a role in the Michael Winterbottom film Greed, in which he starred alongside Steve Coogan and Isla Fisher.
But should he return, Ollie – whose other TV credits include appearances on Celebrity Big Brother and Celebrity Hunted – insists he won’t let his children be filmed.
He said: ‘For me I just think Chelsea has changed, I think it’s a bit different. I love it – I’ll never slag it off – but I think the direction we’re going in; we’ve just grown apart from each other.
‘I loved it, but I’m 36 – I started when I was 23-and-a-half – it’s a long period. It’s known for breakups and makeups, and this is me and my husband doing stuff that’s actually important and raising two children, and at the moment I don’t want Chelsea to be their lives as well. They can find out what they want to do.’
It’s not only the show that’s changed – the TV personality admits parenthood has completely altered his priorities and subsequently made him less self-centred.

‘Someone once told me you’re no longer the lead character of your own life, and you’re not – they very much are,’ he explained.
‘I want to take parenting by the horns, but they’re already growing up very quickly.’
Away from parenting, both Ollie and Gareth have been campaigning for gay couples to legally adopt children in the United Kingdom – and he remains optimistic that it will happen sooner, rather than later.
‘It’s something that I hope the government get in next year which I believe they will do,’ he said.
‘There is a good friend of mine who is a gay guy and he’s a shadow to the health secretary, and I would love him to – and I don’t know if he would, but when something is personal to you.
‘He’s a gay guy in a male relationship and they’re going to get married and at some point, and this might be coming across his table on his own personal journey, and sometimes they focus on things that are important to their community, so we’ll see what happens next year.’
