The House alum, 40 – who recently shared a sweet hug with her son, Otis, while spending time at a park – was spotted leaving the Tracy Anderson gym as she prepared to head to her next destination.
The mother-of-two flaunted her fit physique wearing a pair of dark blue, sculpted leggings as well as a light blue sports bra.
She additionally slipped into a pair of gray, Hoka sneakers that were tightly secured with laces.
Her brunette locks were pulled back into a simple ponytail, preventing loose strands from falling onto her face.

While talking to W Magazine last year, Olivia opened up about how her personal sense of style changes depending where she is in the world.
‘It depends where I am. In L.A., I wear jeans and a t-shirt every single day and night,’ she expressed to the outlet.
‘Everywhere else, I seem to put more effort in. But in general, I’m very easy when it comes to style. No fuss…’
She added that she enjoys donning ‘good knits’ as well as a ‘great coat,’ and explained that she tends to ‘find a way to wear sneakers with everything.’
