As she recovers from a broken heart, the 25-year-old influencer revealed she has been navigating ‘so many different emotions’ since returning to the United States.
While reflecting on spending the majority of her summer in Paris and preparing to relocate to New York in a few weeks, the Los Angeles native admitted moving across the country was beginning to feel daunting.
‘I feel like committing to this move and really like letting it sink in that I’m moving across the country for the first time away from my family,’ she told her YouTube followers. ‘I’ve never lived away from my family in my life.’
The content creator, who is the daughter of Full House actor Lori Loughlin and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, added: ‘While moving is a very exciting and happy time, it’s definitely bringing up a little bit of stress just because change is always a little nerve-wracking.’
To cope, Olivia said she’s been using therapy ‘as a tool to fight a lot of nerves and uncomfortable changes.’

She went on to stress that her therapist ‘has very much supported’ her throughout ‘this season of life and change’ as well as during ‘many [other] situations in life.’
‘You guys know I love therapy,’ she said. ‘I’m very grateful that I just have an outlet and somebody to talk to and I’m just very grateful my therapist has helped me see things in a different light. Gives me new perspectives.’
She did not mention her breakup or Elordi in her latest YouTube post and has not publicly addressed the split.
Earlier this month, a source told People that the pair, who first sparked dating rumors over a coffee date back in 2021, called it quits.
Three weeks ago, in another YouTube video, Olivia said ‘it’s no surprise therapy helped’ her ‘a lot in’ her early 20s, seemingly alluding to the backlash over the college admissions bribery scandal.
‘I feel like it’s given me so many of the tools I have now, especially I’ve been feeling this way with so much change in my own life happening like moving to Paris and then there’s more big changes for me happening at the end of this year,’ she noted.

Olivia first broke her silence on the headline-making scandal in 2020 during an appearance on Jada Pinkett Smith’s Red Table Talk, according to Variety.
‘On paper, it’s bad. It’s really bad,’ the model said of her parents’ actions. ‘But I think what a lot of people don’t know is that my parents just came from a place of, ‘I love my kids, I just want to help my kids. Whatever is best for them.”
She added: ‘I think they thought it was normal.’
Olivia admitted that she was initially surprised at the public’s reaction to the scandal as she recalled asking herself: ‘”How are people mad about this?”
‘I know that sounds so silly, but in the bubble that I grew up in, I didn’t know so much outside of it,’ she said of her privileged background. She claimed that ‘a lot of kids in that bubble, their parents were donating to schools and doing stuff that advantaged. ‘It’s not fair and it’s not right, but it was happening. And so, when this first came out, I was like, “I don’t really understand what’s wrong with this.”‘
