Olivia Hawkins unveiled her new natural look in an update on Wednesday after having her lip filler dissolved.
The former Love Island contestant, 30, admitted that after having treatments since she was 21 she was ‘super nervous’ to have the process reversed.
In a video shared to Instagram, Liv covered her mouth as she discussed her reasoning before revealing her new look.
She explained: ‘I’ve had all my lip filler dissolved and I’m actually so nervous to show you all. But I’m so so happy with them.
‘I have wanted to do this for the longest time. I don’t think I’ve seen my natural lips since I was 21 when I first had them done.
‘Here they are… this is so weird. I love it but I can’t get use to it. Honestly, it’s so weird. I’m looking at myself and I don’t recognise myself because it’s been so long.’

Liv added: ‘A lady called Dr Sonia Soopen did them in Hove. Let me know what you guys think in the comments.’
The TV personality captioned the update: ‘I’ve been so nervous to show you all. Thank you Grand Aesthetics Clinic for making me feel at ease!
‘It’s been such a long time since I’ve seen my natural lips but I actually love them.’
The update comes after Liv’s recent appearance on Celebs Go dating where she broke down in tears after a brutal rejection from her co-star Louis Russell after ‘pushing herself out of her comfort zone’ on the Channel 4 show.
The Love Island star had quickly hit it off with Too Hot To Handle favourite Louis during the agency’s away trip to Ibiza, where the pair even shared a kiss.
But back in the UK, Olivia admitted she felt let down, revealing Louis had made ‘no consistent effort’ to contact her.
She was later said to be dating a hunky boxer and Netflix star, weeks after she left te show.
Liv was said to have sparked up a romance with Too Hot To Handle star Kelechi Dyke, 31, with the pair having been on a few dates.

And according to The Sun, things are certainly hotting up between the pair and are getting ‘quite serious’.
A source told the publication: ‘Liv was linked to fellow Celebs Go Dating co-star Louis Russell when production on the series first started.
‘But since then she’s been on a series of dates with boxer Kelechi ‘Kelz’ Dyke, which have been filmed for the show.
‘Netlix fans will know him from Too Hot To Handle as well, so he is well versed in reality TV. But the chemistry between him and Liv is genuine and they are really into each other.’
The insider cryptically added: ‘Watch this space.’

Olivia’s last high profile romance was with Marcel Somerville, whom she split from in February just days after leaving the Love Island: All Stars villa.
The pair, who were axed from the South Africa villa in a shock double dumping in January, have gone their separate ways and have decided to just stay friends after failing to find a romantic connection.
A source confirmed to MailOnline: ‘Liv and Marcel have made the decision to part ways.
‘They’ve chosen to go in separate directions, but there’s no hard feelings.
‘While they do share some fond memories together from their short stint on Love Island, they’ve built a great bond but have decided they’re better off as friends and are both looking forward to the next chapters in their lives.’
