She’s one of the most sought-after presenters in showbusiness, so it’s no surprise that Olivia Attwood’s daily diary is packed from dawn until dusk.
In fact, the star herself has shared a glimpse of her busy schedule in a lengthy video, revealing how she juggles multiple work projects with her charity ventures, and still finds time to unwind with her close pals.Â
The Bad Boyfriends host, 34, posted a reel showing a work-packed day, that included a trip to the Houses Of Parliament, recording her radio show, and even time for an early morning walk with her dogs.
But given her gruelling diary, the star admitted she’s been ‘sick more times this month than she has in her whole life,’ showing a huge bowl of supplements she’s relying on to keep her immunity levels up.
Beginning her day in the early hours, Olivia shared that she kickstarts her day with various vitamins, including an amino acids powder and creatine, joking in a voiceover: ‘I literally rattle when I walk. I’ve been more sick the last month than I have my entire adult life.’
Taking her dogs Lola and Stitch out for a walk, the star added: ‘It’s such a shame you have an overwhelming sense of fear for your safety, as a woman, especially living in London, it’s like a human cesspit, it’s actually quite pretty.

Opting for her long brown coat and her beloved Birkin bag, Olivia headed to Three Darlings to meet her two friends for breakfast.
The trio then enjoyed a swanky tea at the Carlton Jumeirah Tower in Knightsbridge, gushing: ‘The Christmas trees were so pretty I felt like I was in Kim Kardashian’s front room.’
Making her way to the Houses of Parliament, Olivia joked with her fans: ‘They’ve finally realised I can run this country better than Keir Starmer – free Birkins for everyone!’Â
But she then shared the real reason for the trip was for a photocall to reveal that The Imports Bill was a step closer to becoming law.
The Bill will ban the importation of dogs with cropped ears and docked tails, as well as declawed cats, and will also raise the minimum age for imports from the current 15 weeks to six months.

The star’s diary looks set to become even more jam-packed in the coming weeks, as it was reported last week her plastic surgery documentary The Price Of Perfection will be returning for a third series.
She also fronts the documentary series Getting Filthy Rich about the sex industry and Bad Boyfriends – a reality show.
They also report that Getting Filthy Rich is getting a fourth series and one episode will focus on celebrities who make money on OnlyFans like Sarah Jayne Dunn and Chloe Brockett.
Olivia also recently opened up about a ‘difficult’ six months in her marriage to husband Bradley Dack, but insisted she will not leave or divorce him.
During an Instagram Q&A, she responded to one fan asking her where Brad was, after a distinct lack of his presence on her socials.
She replied: ‘He’s alive I swear. Ten years of us. A lot has changed. Marriage is frikinnn hard (no one wants to say that part out loud) and I’m just not a faker.
‘I’m not posting pictures if they don’t reflect our reality. We are doing our thing and if there are any more updates you will be the first to know.’
In a candid conversation with the Daily Mail, Olivia admitted she understood why the footballer was ‘upset’ seeing pictures of her cosying up to pal Pete Wicks during the summer when they were in Ibiza.
On Bradley’s reaction to seeing her pictured with former TOWIE lothario Pete, who had his hand on her thigh, she added: ‘I get why Brad didn’t like it, we were all on the boat, drinking and hugging each other and being best friends, it was family vibes.
‘But if it was the other way around, of course I wouldn’t like it either, me and Brad are very similar people, we were drawn together because we’re both quite out there personality-wise, we know how to have fun.
‘But I completely understand why he was a bit miffed but it was never as deep as anyone made out.
‘People were like, ‘oh my god, they’re getting a divorce because Pete hugged her’, but that’s not the case. Also, Pete is hugging me, I was just there!’
