The TV personality, 33, whose ITV series Getting Filthy Rich is about how people earn large amounts of money by selling sex online, posed up a storm in a burgundy thigh-high split dress, teamed with knee-high boots.
Love Island’s India Reynolds and Francesca Allen were among the stars supporting Olivia at the premiere.
India, 34, who just touched down in the UK after being axed from Love Island All Stars, looked incredible in a grey mini dress and matching blazer.
Francesca cut an elegant display in a long sleeve black top and dramatic white skirt, teamed with a neck tie.

The six new episodes, available to watch from Sunday, follows Olivia as she delves into the world of high earners on OnlyFans, MILFs and GILFs, and cosplay, where people dress as fictional characters for pleasure.
The world of documentary making is no easy feat and Olivia says she is lucky to have the support of her footballer husband Bradley, 31, who encourages all her ventures.
Olivia, who married Bradley in June 2023, said: ‘I never take for granted to have the relationship I do.
‘I’m not saying I wouldn’t have achieved my goals without Brad but having a partner that’s so supportive of me, he’s that anchor in our lives.
‘He never tries to hinder what I do or hold me back he’s always pushing me. Even when I’m tired, he’s like, come on Liv, this is your dream, he’s more than supportive.’
The couple, who juggle separate schedules, are enjoying being able to spend more time together following Bradley’s move from Championship high-flyers Sunderland to League Two’s Gillingham.
Olivia said: ‘Home life has been crazy the past couple of years and our work/life balance has been awful, we haven’t really had one.
‘But now that he’s playing football in London, we’re spending a lot more time together. Things are a lot more normal, whatever that looks like.

‘When he was in Sunderland it was really impossible. Now we are in a better routine with our home life. I mean he’s always leaving his boxers on the floor, but we are good.’
It comes after Olivia voiced her suspicions over controversial porn star Bonnie Blue, saying she’s unsure what’s been made up for clicks.
The documentary maker admits she is ‘concerned’ by the OnlyFans videos Bonnie is creating.
Bonnie Blue, 25, real name Tia Billinger, is a rising star in the world of adult content and this month claims to have slept with over 1000 men in 12 hours, breaking the world record.
She made a name for herself by bedding ‘hundreds’ of ‘barely legal’ 18-year-olds who she targeted at various university Freshers’ Weeks across the world, publishing the footage on her OnlyFans page.
Speaking online, Bonnie, who says she would risk contracting HIV in the name of her work, also alleges to have slept with fathers and husbands in a bid to make as much cash as possible, with her earnings at a reported £1million per month.
But Olivia doubts the reliability of Bonnie’s content and says she would be hesitant to feature the sex worker in one of her documentaries.
Olivia said: ‘She wasn’t on the scene when we filmed the documentary and obviously the question a lot of people have asked me is whether or not I’m going to interview her and will she be in the show.

‘The answer is she isn’t in the show and to ask whether I would ever feature her, and the other girls involved, I would have to look at it in a lot more detail. It’s quite hard online to weed out what is just rage bait and click bait and what’s real.’
The former Love Island star says interviewing Bonnie on her ITV series would also be a question for the broadcaster, who needs to look at who they give a platform to very carefully.
Last year, daytime programme This Morning was hit with 188 Ofcom complaints after Bonnie debated her line of work on the show with Ashley James, who as a mother-of-two was appalled by her antics.
But while Bonnie has garnered internet fame with her radical methods, not everyone believes her content is genuine after she reportedly paid OnlyFans actors and content creators to feature in her explicit films.
Olivia added: ‘With the production company and ITV, it’s a big platform that we are putting people on, so I think we need to be sure that the people we cast are the right people who are sending the right message.
‘We need to look at the details of what is actually going on there to know whether it is suitable. There are concerning tones around all of it, I feel. I don’t know what is real there and what is for clicks.’
