Oasis fans have been sent into a frenzy and are questioning whether the band are ‘getting back together’ after the band shared a cryptic post to their social media on Monday.
The Manchester group, made up of Liam and Noel Gallagher, sensationally split in 2009 after a backstage bust-up between the warring brothers.
In the 14 years that have followed, the pair have traded bitter insults back and forth in interviews and over social media, with a reunion looking very unlikely.
However, fans are hopeful that the comeback the nation has been waiting years for could finally be on the cards, following the mysterious post.
The band’s official social media accounts posted a sixteen-second long clip that begins as a black screen and slowly fades into a bird’s eye view of what looks like a house next to a river, with some muted music in the background.
