NRL star James Tedesco revealed just how he managed to win the Dally M medal last year when he flaunted his very fit physique at a Sydney beach on Thursday.
The Roosters captain, 33, who had a commendable season in 2025, ripped off his shirt and showed off his toned abs as he stepped out with his family.
Garbed in only a pair of board shorts, the footy star soaked up some sun with his wife Maria, their two daughters, Marlie and Rosie, and another family member.
He practised sun safety as he pulled a black cap down over his head while carrying a set of beach chairs and toys down onto the sand.
Maria also flashed her toned abs on the day out, slipping into a pair of black shorts and a white sports bra.
The WAG pulled her tresses back into a slick up-do and hid her eyes behind dark sunglasses as she pushed along a pram with newborn Marlie.

Their eldest daughter, Rosie, two, held the hand of a family member who joined the couple on their day out.
James and Maria welcomed their second child to the world on August 18, sharing the happy news to Instagram.
‘Our hearts have grown once again and she has one proud big sis!’ they both posted alongside two accompanying pictures of their bundle of joy.
It is the couple’s second daughter, after Rosie was born in September 2023.
James and Maria tied the knot back in January 2023, announcing Rosie’s impending arrival just three months after walking down the aisle.
The lovebirds opted to get hitched in the Hunter Valley at Redleaf Wollombi in a stunning garden wedding.
In footage shared to Instagram at the time, the jubilant couple were seen affectionately kissing each other during the ceremony.
The couple showcased their fun sides as they held hands while walking up the gravel aisle together as glamorous friends looked on.

Maria looked stunning in a white bridal gown with a long train and a bodice, surrounded by bridesmaids in beige.
James was smart in a dark suit paired with a white shirt, and laughed with his pals and teammates after the ceremony.
The guests mingled outdoors, enjoying glasses of Champagne as the newlyweds made their entrance.
James and Maria announced their engagement in November 2021, with James sharing a photo to Instagram of the happy couple smiling and embracing one another.
Maria posted similar pictures on her own account with an emoji of a diamond ring and added: ‘You make me the happiest girl, now and forever.’
