Tabitha Willett has sparked debate as she criticised ‘commuting men on their phones’ for not offering her a train seat – despite wearing a ‘baby on board’ badge.Â
The Made In Chelsea star, 33, who is expecting her second child, took to Instagram on Tuesday to tell London commuters to ‘do better’.Â
Sharing a short video of a busy train showing a number of people sitting and standing on their phones, Tabitha penned:Â ‘I don’t want to be a moan but…Â
‘On the way back from the school run and a carriage full of men on their phones an no one stood up for a pregnant woman with badge or elderly couple next to me.Â
‘Do better London’.Â
She later hit back at a fan in a video as she reflected on her pregnancy experiences after a ‘female’ follower critised her saying, ‘being pregnant isn’t a disability’.Â

Tabitha said: ‘To be honest if I was really struggling being pregnant and standing I would have gone over and asked an able body, “I’m so sorry I’m pregnant do you mind if I could sit down til the next stop or something” but luckily I’m perfectly capable.
‘With Ottilie however, I was pretty much on bed rest and couldn’t physically stand up or take steps on my own, I was given crutches towards the end.Â
‘Things like that though is why I think, yes pregnancy isn’t a disability but you just don’t know and I don’t think it hurts to ask. That’s my stand point.’
Transport For London says, ‘The ‘baby on board’ badge is a free pin for pregnant passengers to discreetly signal to other commuters that they need a seat, helping to reduce awkwardness and encourage people to offer their spot on busy buses, Tube trains, and trams.
‘It works as a visual cue, alerting others to the need for a seat, especially for those who might not look obviously pregnant but need to sit due to fatigue, morning sickness, or other pregnancy-related discomforts’.Â
Tabitha revealed in December that she is expecting her second child with fiance Harry Hoare.
She is already mum to her daughter Ottilie, six, with whom she shares with former partner, Fraser Carruthers.

It comes after Tabitha revealed how she knew how she was going to marry her fiance Harry after their first date lasted an incredible three days.
The pregnant star revealed she began dating Harry at the beginning of last year after ‘sliding into his DMs’.
The couple had been together just 10 months before Harry got down on one knee during a family holiday to Dubai in October, before they announced it weeks later.
Tabitha revealed she and Harry knew each other ‘for years’ before getting together romantically.
Writing for The Wedding Edition, she said: ‘We stayed in contact but were never close. It was actually January 1st 2025, at my most single, after putting on my vision board for the year that I wanted to find love…
‘That I replied to an Instagram story of his saying we should grab a drink and catch up soon. He loves telling the story that I ‘slid into his DMs’.
‘We went for a drink, our first date lasted three days, and I called my best friend Ollie Locke after he left and said, I am going to marry this man.’
‘It sounds quite unromantic, but I think in your 30s, and as parents (Harry has a daughter too), you want to be sure you are not wasting any time. It was a discussion we had right from the beginning. We aligned on everything and it all felt very uncomplicated. Not full of fire or passion, just easy.’
When Harry asked Tabitha to marry him he popped the question with a ‘placeholder ring’ and she was wearing a long white dress with a cape.
Tabitha and Harry had been staying at The Lana, a new hotel which is a part of the Dorchester Collection during their stay.

Just days after confirming the engagement, Tabitha took to Instagram to say that a ‘low-key small wedding’ is planned for JanuaryÂ
Ahead of the proposal they were enjoying the sunset from the rooftop bar, before returning to their room so that Harry could ‘grab something’ before dinner
Tabitha revealed that when the door opened their suite was filled with rose petals and candles, and there was a table set on the balcony for a private dinner.
The couple began the year with a lavish babymoon in Paris as they splashed out on a £1,800-a-night (€2,170) stay at the five-star Hôtel Plaza Athénée.
Tabitha, who returned to the long-running E4 show ahead of its 29th series in March, announced the news of her pregnancy with her Instagram followers.
She posted an adorable video of her getting a scan at the hospital, with daughter Ottille at her side.
Just days after confirming the engagement, Tabitha took to Instagram to say that a ‘low-key small wedding’ is planned for January.
Sharing a picture of wedding dresses, she wrote: ‘It’s starting… We are actually having a low-key small wedding in January so these are too wedding gowny but so fun to get in the mood.’
News of Tabitha’s engagement would likely come as a surprise to Made In Chelsea fans, who recently watched her brief romance with co-star Arman Pouladian-Kari play out on screen.
Tabitha originally joined the Made In Chelsea cast in 2018, during their annual trip to Croatia.
She and her ex Fraser, a friend of Prince Harry, dated for four years after meeting when she was hired as a marketing director at his private members’ club Albert’s.
In 2019, they were engaged in Miami with plans to marry at London’s Hurlingham Club the following July but had to cancel their wedding due to the pandemic.
However, in October 2020, a year after Ottilie was born, they announced they had split.
