Before finding fame she had a fuller figure, darker hair and paler skin, which she has joked about often in her stand-up routine.
Fans can’t believe the transformation after Googling her old images on Golden Globes night: ’15 years ago she was not Nikki Glaser,’ said one while another added, ‘She looked like an Average Jane back then, now she has gone Hollywood.’
Her glow up is far from natural.
And the star has also recently joked about the work she has done. When talking to comedian Mary Beth Barone last week, Glaser said that if she was probed by aliens they might find ‘filler in my skull’ as ‘it will last longer than the bones probably.’
In the past the funny lady has admitted to using Dermal fillers and Botox, as well as taking Ozempic.
She has also joked on Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show in March that she is looking forward to getting a facelift later this year.

Plastic surgery was also part of her stand-up routine on Sunday.
When on the Golden Globes she made jokes about how prevalent cosmetic enhancements in Hollywood are. She told the audience, ‘I love where you put your cheekbones.’
And she wisecracked, ‘I too drink a lot of water. I don’t judge. I do it now too,’ she said. Drinking water is her code phrase for getting cosmetic work done.
Glaser also said, ‘I love how meditating removes your eyelids — really convenient,’ in reference to the popular blepharoplasty ‘eyelid lift’ surgery.
In March 2025 she told Jimmy Fallon that she plans on getting a facelift.
‘Wait till the facelift,’ she joked when Fallon complimented her appearance. ‘That’s coming. August 2026. I’m gonna do it. I have no problem with that.’
In March the professional comedienne posted old photos from when she was on the Tonight show with Jay Leno from 2009 next to her appearance on the same late night program that month with Fallon.
There was a stark contrast.
In the earlier images Nikki was attractive but in a different way: she was pale, not as toned, had reddish hair and a bigger nose.

The beauty also told Fallon that plastic surgery was ‘a wise investment.’
‘There’s kind of a stigma around getting face work or investing in your beauty and doing all these procedures,’ she explained. ‘And there is maybe a little bit of a sadness to it, but I kind of also am like, ‘Well, it makes my life better.”
And then she delivered this truth bomb: ‘People treat you better when you’re hotter. It’s just a fact. It’s a sad fact of life.’
She refuses to accept natural beauty and would rather take matters into her own hands.

Glaser argued, ‘And everyone goes, ‘That’s so sad, why don’t you love the way you were born?’ and it’s like ‘Well, why did you go to college? Why don’t you love the brain you were born with? Why did you pay thousands of dollars to that institution?”
She is also pro Ozempic.
‘Oh, I love it, I love it. I’m like, do it, do it. I have no judgment,’ she shared.
‘If you want to do Ozempic, hell yeah, girl. I want people to feel more comfortable talking about doing it, because I feel like there’s, like, this shame — and the shame is only from thin people who want you to stay fat. Like that’s really where it’s coming from.’
She also doesn’t like the skinny Karens out there judging fuller women for going on Ozempic.
‘They are so mad that you’re getting thin now, because that’s all they have, right? They are so mad, but they can’t say it. They just go, ‘No! You’re stealing medicine from diabetics who need it.’ Like, that’s their excuse,’ she continued.
She then referenced a big star: ‘No, I think you’re upset that Kathy Bates has a thigh gap. That’s more what it could be about, I think.’

This comes on the heels of her saying she had to delay a brow lift to host the 2025 Golden Globes.
‘For January 2025, I was going to possibly have, like, a brow lift or some kind of, like, really invasive surgery that I’ve been, you know, looking into getting,’ she told the outlet.
But when two of her agents called about the opportunity, Glaser had to rethink her priorities.
Recalling the tense moment, she said: ‘When it’s two, you know it’s good news, because when it’s bad news, they just make one person do it, cause no one wants to do that!
‘And they’re like, “So, this operation, is there any way you could push it ’til maybe the second week of January.”‘
