While giving an insight into his relationship with Nicole he also explained how she had notice an improvement in his ‘energy and lust for life’ since he adopted a ‘more functional’ training regime.
‘My fiancée, I kid you not…randomly the other day she said she’d noticed a difference in me. I explained everything about Lingo [a biosensor and app he’s using to monitor glucose levels in real time] and she said that she wasn’t so into the science, but that she had definitely noticed that my energy and lust for life have been more consistent.
