Nicole Kidman has sold one of her prized Sydney harbourfront apartments, after finalising her divorce with Keith Urban.
The Oscar-winning actress sold the three-bedroom Milsons Point apartment for $8.5million, just two years after snapping it up for $7.725million in 2023.
The unreported mid-2025 sale went largely unnoticed due to Nicole’s intricate web of companies, but property records show the buyer was winemaker David Madson.
Located on the 15th floor of the exclusive Latitude complex on Lavender Street, the luxury residence boasts sweeping views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
Despite owning the apartment for only a short period, Nicole walked away with an estimated $775,000 windfall.
Earlier this month, it was reported that former power couple had officially finalised their divorce and agreed to split their global property empire valued at a whopping $282million.

Court documents obtained by Daily Mail reveal that the settlement ensures that their real estate will be divided to the mutual satisfaction of both parties, with each keeping what is already in their possession.
Among the standout features of their impressive portfolio are no fewer than six apartments in a single high-rise block overlooking Sydney’s famous harbour.
There’s also a luxurious Manhattan duplex, a Beverly Hills home, a Nashville mansion, and a massive estate in Australia’s Southern Highlands.
It’s understood that the former couple shares ownership of much of their portfolio, with the majority of the property purchased after they wed in 2006.
In May 2023, Nicole acquired her sixth apartment in the flashy Landmark Latitude complex in Sydney’s Milsons Point.
Nicole and Keith, who own property in different company names, raised their tally in the building to $27.5million with the purchase.Â
The exes first bought a 420-square-metre pad on the 21st floor in 2009 for close to $6million.
Three years later, they bought the slightly smaller 380-square-metre apartment next door for a reported $7million.

Then in 2011, they spent $2.68million on a 19th-floor apartment, which Nicole initially used as a home office.
In 2008, two years after tying the knot, the Oscar-winner and chart-topping singer-songwriter snapped up a 20-room Nashville mansion for $4.89million.
The same year, Keith and Nicole purchased the five-bedroom, five-bathroom Beverly Hills abode for $6.77million.
In 2010, the pair splurged $13.53million on a designer duplex in Manhattan.
A decade later, they purchased a two-bedroom apartment in New York’s Tribeca for $5.3million.

Two years after marrying, the pair bought a massive spread in the Southern Highlands of NSW.Â
Located on 45 hectares and known as Bunya Hill at Suttons Forest, 145km from Sydney, the beautiful six-bedroom spread is now thought to be worth $12million.
Daily Mail confirmed in September that Nicole and Keith had split following a 19-year marriage and two children together.
They officially finalised their divorce and entered a settlement agreement, just three months after the actress moved to end the couple’s 19-year marriage.
Nicole, 58, cited irreconcilable differences in her September 30 divorce petition.
