Nicole Kidman turned heads when she attended the New York premiere of her new Amazon Prime Video series Expats on Sunday evening.
The Hollywood star, 56, dared to bare, showing off her incredible figure in a racy backless black gown by Atelier Versace.
The dress was a throwback to a similar look the Aussie actress rocked on the red carpet 20 years before, proving Nicole’s ageless beauty.
In 2003, Nicole stunned in a similar dress at the 18TH annual American Cinematheque tribute held in honour of her.
The gown appeared demure at the front as it covered her entire décolletage, but as she turned around it featured the same backless design.

For that occasion, Nicole wore her strawberry locks in a chic updo with red flowers fastened at the side.
Meanwhile, Nicole’s latest look featured a cowl neck design on the bodice and high split in the skirt, showcasing her incredibly trim body.
Nicole let her dress do the talking by accessorising with elegant but simple drop diamond earrings, a matching diamond bracelet and ring and a watch.
She wore her hair down this time and opted for a copper-toned eyeshadow palette and a rosy lip for makeup.

After her New York premiere over the weekend social media marvelled at her ageless appearance.
‘As she’s getting older I’m liking here more and more,’ wrote one commenter on Facebook.
‘Beautiful dress, and she looks fabulous,’ wrote another.
‘Wow, she looks amazing, very beautiful,’ someone else gushed.
‘She’s looking stunning and after seeing everyone else wearing thongs and see-through lace, she’s dressed very demurely for the times,’ wrote another fan.
In Expats, Nicole plays Margaret, a well-off American woman living a seemingly idyllic life in Hong Kong with her family – until an unthinkable tragedy occurs and her son goes missing.
Her life becomes wrapped up with two other American women also undergoing their own ordeals, including a young woman struggling to let go of the past.
Nicole recently opened up about her experiences navigating Hollywood as a woman in her fifties.
The star told Stellar’s Something To Talk About podcast that after kicking up a stir with her controversial 2022 Vanity Fair micro skirt photoshoot, she’s never let what other people think hold her back.
‘I make the most random, crazy choices. I call it “teenage choices” because I don’t ever think of the consequences,’ she admitted.

‘I have to be made to think of consequences half the time. Part of my brain just doesn’t think like that.’
The Nine Perfect Strangers favourite went on to say she makes all her fashion choices based on how she feels rather than what others say she should wear.
‘I just try to keep in that place, because otherwise I think you get scared or worried about what people think,’ she added.
‘In terms of people’s reactions, I say don’t tell me. I don’t really want to know. It’ll stop me from doing what I want to do.’
It comes as the renowned actor continues to film her latest Binge series, The Last Anniversary, produced by her company Blossom Films.
Following the success of Big Little Lies and Nine Perfect Strangers, Nicole will collaborate once more with fellow film producer Per Saari.
The Last Anniversary will be her latest adaptation of a novel written by Liane Moriarty, which was published in 2006.
It tells a story of intrigue about a woman who inherits a home on a mysterious island, and is being filmed in Sydney with Australian actors.
‘Australian accents, an Australian project with Australian accents for the world. This has been a long time in the making,’ Nicole said at the SXSW Festival last year.
She went on to say she was thrilled to be working on yet another production based on a story by Liane, as they have so much in common.
‘She is the same age, she has got kids, she has gone through similar things at different times. She has become a great friend,’ the movie star said of the author.
