Nicole Kidman was supported by her daughters Sunday Rose, 15, and Faith Margaret, 13, as she received an AFI Lifetime Achievement Award.
The 56-year-old movie star shares Sunday and Faith with her country star husband Keith Urban, who was also by Nicole’s side for the glittering affair.
Faith and Sunday glowed with filial pride as they stood beside their mother, who was decked out in a shimmering gold Balenciaga gown for the Los Angeles event.
Meanwhile Keith and Nicole’s girls both attended the gala wearing frocks by Monique Lhullier, according to a report in WWD.
For her big night, Nicole was surrounded by a warm group of relatives, including her sister Antonia Kidman, brother-in-law Craig Marran and their family.

The Big Little Lies star, 56, looked statuesque in a sparkling gold Balenciaga gown as she was honored at the Los Angeles gala.
Her sleeveless dress accentuated her figure, featuring a five-foot train that draped behind her on the red carpet.
Kidman completed the look with a matching gold watch and rings, as well as a pair of pointed black heels.
‘Deeply moved by all of the support around the world that I’ve been seeing and hearing,’ she wrote on Instagram with a photo of the stage.
‘Thank you to all of you and to the @AmericanFilmInstitute for including me in this illustrious group of honorees – now let’s have some fun!’ added Kidman.
The Academy Award winner was accompanied on the red carpet by husband Keith Urban, who also paid tribute to his wife on Instagram.
‘In a career that’s still very much in full flight, tonight the @americanfilminstitute will honor my wife as the newest member in this extraordinary fraternity,’ he captioned a photo of Kidman.
‘Babygirl – I’m so proud of you, and as much as I could come off sounding like the biased husband, I’ll let the list of previous honorees do all of the talking for me,’ added Urban, 56. ‘What a list!’
