She began her career by posing topless for lads’ mags and Page 3 back in the early 2000s and had her first boob job at 22 years old.
But Nicola McLean has revealed she now wants to get rid of her famous size 32GG breasts, after becoming fed up with the pain, attention and inconvenience they bring.
The glamour model, 42, first went under the knife to increase her boobs from a 32C to a 32E, before getting a second enlargement surgery three years later, which took her up to her current size – the biggest allowed in the UK.
In a new interview this week, she admitted her breasts are ‘ridiculous’ and weigh so much that they cause her severe pain, requiring strong medication and professional help.
Nicola also confessed that she no longer enjoys the notoriety or attention her chest brings, revealing being stared at in public has caused her to ‘feel really insecure’.

Speaking to Closer, the TV personality said: ‘My boobs are just too big for my body now. They’re so heavy that there’s not enough skin to support how much they weigh, so they’re sagging, and at this size they’ll keep needing an uplift, which I won’t put myself through.
‘Back in the ’90s, it was all about massive boobs, I was inspired by Pamela Anderson and Jordan and that was the era. It helped my career for sure. My boobs made me into a character and gave me a purpose – but I don’t want that purpose anymore.
‘Now they make me feel really insecure because I catch people staring, which I hate. I know it’s a bizarre thing that you would have surgery and then not like the attention that comes with it, but I’m an introverted person, which surprises people.’
She continued: ‘They’re a nightmare, I have to ask my son to walk on my back every day to click it because it’s so painful. I see a chiropractor every six weeks, and I take strong [prescription] painkillers. My GP even referred me to have physio. I’m probably carrying around an extra stone, which is taking its toll.
‘Clothes are trickier now and can make me look bigger. I’m only a size 8, but my boobs make me a size 14 on top. I can’t wear shirts or dresses that don’t have any stretch.’
Nicola added that she didn’t want to get her implants completely removed, but would go down to a D-cup, revealing that her ex-footballer husband Tom Williams is ‘gutted’ she wants them reduced as he ‘loves them’.
Despite being keen to tone down her chest however, the WAG admitted she has is ‘petrified’ to go back under the knife, after her last procedure went wrong.
Nicola underwent liposuction and a breast uplift in 2019, where she had five litres of fat removed, but burst a blood vessel that caused her to lose ‘a quarter of my blood’.

She recalled: ‘I had emergency surgery two hours later once they realised; I had the blood drained from my body and I was in a really bad way. I genuinely thought I was going to die, so a part of me is petrified.’
She insisted she would not be having any more surgery in her future, out of fear she could die on the operating table and leave her two sons, Rocky, 18, and Striker, 13.
She said: ‘I won’t have any more surgery. I just think, imagine the boys not having a mum, and someone asking, “How did your mum die?” and they’d say, “Oh, she was getting her boobs made bigger”, how embarrassing!’
Nicola’s candidness comes after she recalled once lying about her weight to obtain dangerous weight loss jabs online in a bid to shed the pounds.
The Celebrity Big Brother star, who has battled bulimia since childhood, explained the controversial ‘skinny jabs’ left her feeling ‘violently sick’ and battling severe headaches.
The star has made no secret of her unhealthy relationship with food, which saw her weight plummet to a tiny 6st just six months after giving birth to youngest son Striker and getting veneers after her bulimia battle caused her teeth to erode away.
Despite appetite-suppressing injections being initially marketed to help treat diabetes, an increasing number of well known stars have turned to products like Ozempic to lose weight.
Nicola has since spoken out against the jabs which left her feeling ‘so ill’, with the star noting how she previously thought they were ‘the answer to all my prayers.’

It wasn’t until a concerned Tom stepped in and got rid of the injections that she began to feel better and realised just how bad they were for her.
She began taking the drug, which was called Saxenda, in 2021 after seeing an advert on Instagram from an account claiming to be an online nurse promoting healthy weight loss and saying it was ‘so simple’ to get a hold of.
Nicola recalled how she was advised to claim that she was ‘two stone heavier’ than she really was in order to obtain the jabs, as well as provide her height, blood pressure and BMI.
She said: ‘I lied about my weight, gave my normal height of 5ft 4in, my blood pressure, paid £250 for a month’s worth and within a couple of days it arrived…
‘It was so simple and easy. I thought it was that quick fix I had always been looking for. I told myself it was no big deal. If celebrities were doing it, it would be safe for me too.’
However, she was quick to confirm that it was a ‘big mistake’ and after starting injecting herself daily she began to feel ‘really ill’.
Describing her suffering, she said: ‘I was violently sick, and Tom was like, “That is so odd for you”, because I have got the strongest stomach you’ll ever know from being bulimic for years. Then I started getting headaches, but I brushed those off.’
She admitted she was ‘in denial’ as at the time her weight loss was ‘more important’ to her – despite her only being a size 10 at the time.
Nicola added: ‘Tom was shocked and told me this was an all-time low. I’d open the fridge in the morning and stab myself in my stomach with the pre-filled pen. Tom told me, “this is dire, Nicola” and, I told him “it’s either this – or lipo.”
