Nicki Minaj and her rival Cardi B have found themselves back at the centre of headlines after reigniting their longstanding feud last month.
The pair have been embroiled in a public spat for many years, and in 2018 the rivalry reached its peak when they got into a physical fight at an event.
While they later called a truce, the female rappers are back at it again after Nicki infuriated Cardi, who is currently pregnant with her fourth child, by sharing a series of diss tweets about her, before deleting them.
Nicki even went as far as to target the Bodak Yellow hitmaker’s children as she named her eldest daughter Kulture in one vile tweet.
She also took aim at Cardi’s unborn baby.
Cardi hit back, leaving her responses live, suggesting that Nicki may have finally met her match after a series of feuds within the industry.
Fans also expressed their concern as they penned: ‘Is Nicki Minaj ok? I’m all for defending yourself but …. them recent posts be a bit unhinged.’
‘Something about the way Nicki Minaj tweets feels similar to President Trump. Unpredictable. Unhinged. Chaotic.’;
‘this cardi b and nicki minaj beef on twitter is so unhinged’.
However it wouldn’t be the first time she has unleased a feud as whether it is over Twitter, through her lyrics or even on stage at awards ceremonies, Nicki has come to blows with numerous stars over the years.
Often taking aim from behind her keyboard she called SZA a ‘f*****g dead dog,’ in a particularly ferocious Twitter tirade, and has regularly taken bitter stabs at Megan Thee Stallion in her lyrics.
She also called out Jay Z’s company and implied that she’s been sabotaged professionally.
Outside of the rap world, she also came to blows with Taylor Swift, yet the two later repaired their relationships, and called out Miley Cyrus in front of millions watching at the VMAs back in 2015.

SZA
Nicki has found herself embroiled in a feud with both SZA and her management after she took aim at the Top Dawg Entertainment label president Terrence ‘Punch’ Henderson.
Nicki accused the music manager of bullying her after she tweeted: ‘lol. Yall remember that man from tde who kept bullying me on Twitter for no reason? We have the receipts.
‘lol. I never even responded to him. What was his name again, yall? Im going to give him a nickname. Ima call him “Minus 30 million” from now on.’
Hitting back, SZA cryptically posted, ‘Mercury retrograde … don’t take the bait lol silly goose.’
While Nicki wasn’t explicitly mentioned in SZA’s post, the star assumed that the comment was aimed at her, and then proceeded to attack SZA’s career, talent, and appearance in a series of scathing social media posts this week.
In one vicious post, Minaj wrote, ‘Wait. Does Sza think she’s more successful than me? Lol y’all catch me up pls.’

She continued, ‘SZA, if every song you’ve ever done vanished right now the music business wouldn’t even miss you. I’ve been to countries that never heard of you. I know you’re not THAT stupid are you?’
SZA later clarified that her tweet had nothing to do with Nicki’s and she wasn’t talking about her.
But Nicki responded: ‘Liar liar pants on fire,’ and accused her of sounding like a ‘f*****g dead dog’.
Seemingly attempting to end the argument, SZA finally tweeted: ‘Lmao lemme go back to being calm shy and meek . Yall have blessed night ! See you tomorrow for night 2 Paris !!’
In a final blow, Nicki later accused SZA, 35, of lying about her age as she said that SZA is in her ‘mid forties’ before demanding to see her birth certificate, in a post she later deleted.

Megan Thee Stallion
Nicki collaborated with fellow female rapper Megan Thee Stallion on their track Hot Girl Summer back in 2019.
However since then relations have turned particularly sour between the pair.
In true rapper style the pair have used their music to vent their frustrations, releasing several diss tracks aimed at each other.
Nicki appeared to take aim at Megan in her album Pink Friday 2 back in 2023. On the track FTCU she referenced Tory Lanez, who was found guilty of shooting Megan in August.
Megan also had a falling out with Iggy over a failed collaboration in 2019, which Nicki referenced as she rapped: ‘Stay in your Tory lane, b*tch, I’m not Iggy.’
Fans at the time quickly put two and two together as they penned: ‘Lmao yes… she slapped Megan thee Stallion several times.. told that horse to stay in #ToryLanez,’ while another posted, ‘Nicki minaj is so obsessed with this one sided rap beef with megan.’
Later Megan hit back in her track Hiss, which appeared to mock Nicki and her husband Kenneth Petty.
Megan rapped, ‘These h**s don’t be mad at Megan / these h**s mad at Megan’s Law’ – an apparent reference to a federal US law which requires law enforcement authorities make information available to the public regarding registered sex offenders.

It was perceived by Nicki’s fans as a diss toward her husband, who is a registered sex offender. He was convicted of the attempted rape of a 16-year-old in 1994. He spent four years in prison.
He was sentenced to three years probation and one year of home detention in July 2022 after he failed to register as a sex offender in California.
The lyric may have also been aimed at Nicki’s brother, Jelani Maraj, who was convicted in 2017 of predatory sexual assault for the rape of his 11-year-old stepdaughter.
He was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison in January 2020, after a 2018 appeal failed.
In retaliation, Nicki went on Instagram Live and demanded Megan to ‘conjure up her mother and apologize.’
Megan’s mother, Holly Thomas, passed away in March 2019 from brain cancer.
Nicki then released her track Big Foot, as she hit out at Megan – real name Megan Pete – and asked, ‘Um, why did you lie about your lipo?’ before adding: ‘F**kin’ your best friend man is crazy, you the type, though.’
According to insiders Nicki was determined to ‘drown’ her contemporary.
A source told DailyMail.com exclusively in 2024: ‘I know that Nicki seems to be in the wrong right now because she went there, but she is unapologetic, and we are only seeing what they let the public see.’
‘Behind the scenes it is even worse. Megan has formed an alliance with Cardi B to talk s**t about Nicki, but Nicki has been in the game much longer than both of them.
‘Nicki told Megan she needs to sit down and respect those who set the path for her. Megan came for Nicki’s husband and brother and in the worst way. So, Nicki responded by taking it a level higher.’

Jay Z
It isn’t only SZA’s management Nicki has had her gripes with after she more recently appeared to vent a series of grievances she has with Jay-Z’s company Roc Nation.
The Grammy-nominated singer did not directly name Jay-Z or any of his associates in the series of X posts she sent – but implied that she’s been sabotaged professionally.
‘Barbz, that’s the REAL reason I won’t release music,’ the Super Bass artist addressed her fans on the platform, alluding to the troubled business relationship.
The Barbie Tingz singer appeared to link Jay-Z‘s company to ‘distractions’ she’s endured that have hindered her from releasing new material. (Her most recent album was 2023’s Pink Friday 2.)
In a series of X posts about reports from her fans about being shadowbanned, Nicki posted an apparent reference to the Empire State of Mind rapper, who has worked with the NFL for years via a Roc Nation partnership: “NFL FIRE SOME N***** & den [phone emoji].”
Daily Mail reached out to reps for Nicki and Roc Nation for further comment on this story at the time.

The Anaconda artist also said that an unnamed party had been seeking to damage her relationship with her husband Kenneth.
In reference to her relationship with Kenneth, she said people are ‘trying to tear a husband away from his wife & family.’
She wrote that efforts to turn him against her have involved ‘lies and friends in high places.’
The rapper said her fans have informed her of a number of ways they have been impacted by the bad business relationship with Roc Nation.
The star said: ‘Needing the Barbz is @ an all time high for every distraction. So let me start talking about what I’ve found out. About them.’
She also said that the social media accounts held by she and her followers were being shadowbanned in a clear effort to injure her brand, encouraging her fans to document the troubles they run into on her platforms.
‘Barbz save all info on everytime you get flagged or suspended & what platform it’s on,’ said the vocalist.
Taylor Swift
Nicki also got her wires crossed with Miss Swift after the Cruel Summer hitmaker assumed the rapper had taken a dig at her back in 2015.
After missing out on a Video Of The Year nomination for the MTV Video Music Awards, Nicki tweeted her frustration about the music industry.
She wrote: ‘If your video celebrates women with very slim bodies, you will be nominated for vid of the year.’
Taylor then took this to be a dig at her Bad Blood video, which featured several cameo appearances from her famous female friends.
Upon reading Nicki’s tweet, Taylor replied: ‘I’ve done nothing but love & support you. It’s unlike you to pit women against each other. Maybe one of the men took your slot..’
Nicki claimed that what she was saying ‘had nothing to do with Taylor’, replying to the pop star directly with the words: ‘Huh? U must not be reading my tweets. Didn’t say a word about u. I love u just as much. But u should speak on this.’

She added to her 19.9million followers: ‘I’m so glad u guys get to see how this stuff works. Taylor took her music off spotify and was applauded. We launched Tidal & were dragged.’
Taylor tweeted Nicki again, saying: ‘If I win, please come up with me!! You’re invited to any stage I’m ever on.’ She later deleted this post.
However the pair did later patch things up when Taylor admitted she was in the wrong and had spoken out of turn.
She tweeted: ‘I thought I was being called out. I missed the point, I misunderstood, then misspoke. I’m sorry, Nicki.’
The rapper graciously accepted the apology, replying: ‘That means so much Taylor, thank you.’
Back in 2023, Nicki confessed she would work with Taylor ‘in a heartbeat’ when asked about a collaboration with the popstar proving any bad blood is water under the bridge.

Miley Cyrus
Miley and Nicki found themselves caught up in a televised show down back in 2015, off the back of the rapper’s beef with Taylor.
The Flowers popstar, who was 22 at the time, inserted herself into the conversation by telling the New York Times: ‘There’s a way to talk to people.’
‘What I read sounded very Nicki Minaj, which, if you know Nicki Minaj, is not too kind. It’s not very polite. I think there’s a way you speak to people with openness and love.’
Things then came to a head when during the VMAs Nicki took to the stage to accept her award as she used the moment to address Miley directly.
She asked: ‘And now… back to this b***h that had a lot to say about me in the press. Miley, what’s good?’ as she finished her acceptance speech.
When the cameras cut to Miley, who was hosting the show, she seemed briefly surprised by Nicki’s outburst but recovered quickly with a calm response.
‘Hey, we are all in this industry and we all do interviews and say s–t. Nicki, congratuf–kinglations!’ the outspoken pop star said.
Not quite done, Nicki mouthed ‘Don’t play with me, b***h’ before leaving the stage.

And four years later Nicki still hadn’t let it go after she insulted Miley during her appearance on the Queen Radio show.
‘Perdue chickens can never talk s**t about queens,’ Nicki said about Miley while referring to herself as royalty.
‘She disrespected me in a magazine article for no reason.
‘I had just seen her after she sucked Mike WiLL’s d**k in the studio,’ Nicki alleged about Miley, who worked with the producer and songwriter on her 2013 album Bangerz.
Nicki then threw another jab at Miley‘s Black Mirror character Ashley O, saying, ‘Now you coming out with pink wigs, all you b*****s wanna be Nicki.’
The tirade of insults came in response to Miley singing the line, ‘I love you Nicki but I listen to Cardi,’ in her new song Cattitude.
In reference to the lyrics, Miley said that she wasn’t choosing sides in the high-drama Cardi-Nicki feud and that she’s a fan of both of them.
‘Anytime you want to feel powerful and strong, that’s my go-to, Cardi and Nicki,’ Miley said.

Mariah Carey
It seems there wasn’t room for two pop queen’s on the American Idol judging panel when Mariah and Nicki came to blows back in 2012.
Reports surfaced of on-set tension, with a leaked video from October 2012 showing Nicki angrily confronting Mariah during auditions in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In the clip, the rapper is heard saying: ‘I told them, I’m not fin’ putting up with her fin’ highness over there,’ referring to Mariah.
Nicki also accused Mariah of making negative comments about her, escalating the situation.
They were also said to have talked over each other in a bid to be the most vocal judge, according to TMZ, each time the Dreamlover star intervened, feisty Nicki just spoke louder.
A source said: ‘These girls just don’t like each other.’
In a later interview with Barbara Walters, Mariah was asked if she was the unnamed ‘b***h’ Nicki sang about in one of her songs.
‘Don’t know. I didn’t know she sang. I thought she rapped. Or whatever,’ Mariah replied.

Remy Ma
Nicki also had a rap rivalry with Remy, with their long feud beginning in 2007 when Nicki released a Dirty Money freestyle, rapping ‘Tell that b**** with the crown to run it like Chris Brown’ over a beat from Terror Squad’s (a rap crew Remy was part of) ‘Yeah Yeah Yeah.’
Remy reportedly took it personally, and confronted her at a party.
However the feud appeared to die down when Remi was incarcerated for six years for shooting a friend over $1000- as Nicki’s career took off.
Following her release from prison and return to the rap scene, Remy freestyled over Minaj’s ‘Truffle Butter’ beat as well as imitating Minaj’s ‘Monster’ verse during a cipher.
Nicki then referenced their beef for the first time on two 2017 tracks – Gucci Mane’s Make Love and Jason Derulo’s Swalla, poking fun at Remy Ma’s recent album sales figures with Fat Joe.
But taking it a step further, Remy marked her comeback with a diss track shETHER.
In the seven minute track, Remy ripped Nicki apart, accused her of having a ‘fake butt’ and also accused of sleeping with a number of people in the hip hop world including Gucci Mane, Lil Wayne and radio host EBro.
Nicki allegedly had the affairs while dating Meek Mill and longtime partner Safaree.

Remy also shocked fans at New York’s Summer Jam Festival that year, yelling ‘f***’ Nicki’, as she stormed off the stage.
Nicki then fired back at her rap rival with the release of two singles which clapped back at her new nemesis.
Remy spent six years in prison after shooting her own friend whom she accused of stealing $1000 [aka a rack] from.
Something Nicki is all too happy to remind her of, rapping: ‘You can’t be Pablo if your work ain’t selin’? What the f**k is this b**ch inhalin’/ I would have helped helped out out of that pit you fell in/felon/.’
