The former The Block judge bought the beautiful vintage four-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage in Berry with his partner, stylist David Novak-Piper, for $2.15 million.
Whitaker and Novak-Piper are well known in the region, and only confirmed that they offloaded their nearby property earlier this month.
Bought in 2018 for a mere $1.8 million, the pair made a hefty profit on their old abode, a classic farmhouse, after it went under the hammer recently for $4.5 million.
Whitaker confirmed the couple's new purchase to The Wentworth Courier, describing their rural escape as a 'lovely traditional old weatherboard' and added that the couple are planning a 'decorative' renovation.
Built in 1916 and situated a block away from Berry's main street, the home last sold in 2013 for $825,000.

Beautifully maintained, the home has undergone several updates, but still boasts many of its original features, including its classic façade.
Highlights include high ceilings, Baltic pine flooring, skylights, several working fireplaces and a covered entertainment deck.
There's also a sunroom adjoining the formal dining room and a second dining room off the rustic kitchen, which features an antique Younger No. 2 fuel stove.
Other features include a built-in pool with a covered deck and extensive, manicured gardens, including a sanctuary and BBQ area.
It comes after the Love It or List It star made headlines in 2024 after dramatically quitting The Block.
Whitaker took on a limited role as a judge in the previous season to support his partner, as he faced serious health challenges.
'In 2023 – as many of you will know – I took a break from The Block to spend more time with my partner David, who was dealing with some serious health issues,' Whitaker announced on social media at the time.
The pair, who have been together for over 20 years, announced their engagement back in 2021, even though the couple were already legally married in Britain.
