My Mum, Your Dad was back again on Thursday evening as the relationships got serious in the penultimate episode of the show.

Filled with candid conversations, tearful moments and a passionate snog it was another jam-packed hour of new love.

Yet the episode kicked off with some sadness as it was time for Tallulah and Martin M’s love journey to come to an end.

As host Davina McCall asked all the couple’s whether they still wished to continue on their journey’s, Tallulah confessed that she hadn’t met her match.

She said: ‘I no longer have a connection with anyone,’ meaning it was her and Martin M’s time to leave the house.

Tallulah had previously been caught in a love triangle between the two Martin’s, but made the decision to focus on Martin M, who she felt she had a stronger connection with.

Unfortunately, Martin M had already made the decision to continue dating Monique and cut things off with Tallulah.

Yet Martin H admitted he was thankful for her directedness as he knew where he stood with her.

Reflecting on the experience she said ‘I’ve learnt I have strengths I never knew I did’, confessing she felt she had ‘dodged a bullet’ by steering clear of Martin M.

Meanwhile, as the remaining couples went on their dates outside of the house, Natalie opened up to Paul about her traumatic past.

The 44-year-old confessed ‘I’ve had a lot to heal. I massively ended up in the wrong crowd. I ran away from home at 14 and my life took a very painful, dark turn and that led to more and more painful experiences and I just didn’t know how to navigate them.

‘I ended up in prison because of my emotional response to that trauma.’

She opened up to her love interest Paul as she said: ‘My kids have seen me in some pretty broken places. Kaliel was my saving grace’.
