Former Neighbours star Natalie Bassingthwaighte has decided to rent out her spectacular Byron Bay property.
But the 48-year-old singer and actress has had to slash the price on the lavish five-bedroom spread from $2850 to $2500 a week.
Bassingthwaighte and her ex Cameron McGinchy bought the property in 2020 for $2.15million.
And it now appears that the estranged husband and wife have removed the listing from rental sites after applying the discount, reported The Daily Telegraph on Wednesday.
It is unclear whether the pad has been rented or whether Bassingthwaighte and McGinchy have made other plans for it.

According to Proptrack, the asking price for the spread was well above the median for a rental in Ewingsdale, which is $1325 a week.
Located four kilometres from Byron Bay, the property boasts two separate dwellings, and a pool with a sprawling entertainment deck.
Highlights include a thoughtful open plan layout in the main house, an oversized kitchen with breakfast bar and a verandah ‘lounge’.

There’s also a bungalow and ‘tropical gardens’.
Bassingthwaighte and McGinchy managed to relocate from Melbourne before the coronavirus pandemic hit, selling their Brighton home for a reported $4million.
It comes after the couple announced last August that they were splitting after 13 years of marriage.

They have been living in the Byron area and sharing custody of their two children daughter Harper, 13, and son Hendrix, 10.
A friend of the soap star told Daily Mail Australia last year: ‘They were never really in a conventional relationship.
‘They both nested the kids in a happy home and have been able to come and go, sharing parenting and other responsibilities.
‘The way in which they have been able to stay friends has been impressive.’
In November Bassingthwaighte went Instagram official with her new partner Pip Loth, who identifies as non-binary.
