Natalie Barr has given a brutal assessment of the current state of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s relationship.
The topic was broached on Tuesday with the Sunrise panel, including Natalie Barr, Matt Shirvington and Mark Beretta, discussing how the Hollywood couple were spotted together over the weekend and rumours of a possible reconciliation.
‘Many are wondering if there could be a possible reconciliation in their on again, off again relationship,’ presenter Monique Wright said as she introduced the short segment.
‘The estranged couple apparently shared brunch with their kids in Beverly Hills, with sources at the same venue reporting seeing the two holding hands and kissing,’ she continued.
Returning to the couch, Monique asked the panel if Jennifer and Ben had reached a particular point in their relationship.
‘Do you think they’ve got to the stage where the thought of their ex makes them vomit in their mouth?’ she asked.
Without skipping a beat, Nat replied with a firm ‘yes’ before surmising that the pair ‘can’t stand each other.’
‘They’re just doing it for the kids,’ Nat added in her brutal assessment of the relationship.

In the blink of an eye, Nat backtracked on her original call admitting: ‘no, I have no idea.’
Hopeless romantic Mark Beretta still held out hope for the couple.
‘There’s something a little bit there, isn’t there?,’ he asked. ‘They just keep coming back.’
‘Beretts is team Bennifer,’ Nat replied. ‘Who would’ve thought.’
Jennifer filed for divorce from Ben last month, following months of speculation about the state of their marriage.

In papers filed to the court, seen by DailyMail.com the singer listed the date of their separation as April 26, 2024.
A source close to the star told DailyMail.com said those close to Jennifer are growing tired of her chaotic love life.
‘After four failed marriages, her friends feel that she should take a look inside and focus on herself instead of what others want her to be and finally figure out who she is and what she wants from her future,’ the insider said.
The source told DailyMail.com that the My Love Don’t Cost A Thing star isn’t the only one capable of playing mind games.
Explaining Ben’s take-the-high-road approach, the insider said: ‘Jennifer said she was tired of being humiliated by Ben and she waited until the two year anniversary because she wanted to sting.
‘But it did not sting him. He’s been done for a long time and deep down she knows this. He let her have this so that she wouldn’t look like the villain.’
The couple first sparked separation rumors when they had gone 47 days without being seen together.
In recent months, however, the pair have been spotted out together on a handful of occasions — but notably all were when Ben’s kids were present — as they had reportedly been trying to rekindle their romance.
