Natalie Barr was all smiles on Thursday when she stepped out with her Channel Seven co-stars for an event in Sydney.
The outing came just a day after she was slammed for her ‘out of touch’ comments about Australia’s housing crisis.
The Sunrise host was attending the Coles 2024 Christmas Launch at Lunar Studios and she brought co-host Matt Shirvington, 45, and Morning Show co-host Kylie Gillies, 57, along for the ride.
Natalie, 56, dressed her svelte figure in a high-collared grey dress that finished just above the ankle.
She matched the garment with a smart black blazer with the sleeves rolled up to the elbow.
Natalie finished her outfit with a pair of pointed toe black heels and chose to dial back the bling, save for some gold earrings.
Kylie, meanwhile, put on a leggy display in a short navy blue dress with light blue pinstripes that finished above the knee.
The Channel Seven star also wore a pair of strappy white heels that were accentuated with some colourful ‘pom pom’ embellishments.

Natalie’s Sunrise co-host Matt Shirvington went for a more casual approach to his ensemble, wearing a black polo shirt under a navy blue jacket.
He matched this with a pair of navy chinos and a pair of white trainers.
The trio looked to be having a great day out, with Natalie and Matt both hamming it up for photographers at the photo wall.
Natalie and Kylie were eventually joined by Coles ambassador and celebrity chef Curtis Stone, and the trio beamed broadly as they posed for photographers.

Natalie’s outing comes after she was recently criticised for sharing her concern that her adult children Lachlan, 22, and Hunter, 19 won’t be able to buy a home due to the housing crisis.
She made the comments while speaking on Wednesday’s Hot Topics segment with Housing Minister Clare O’Neil and opposition finance spokesman Jane Hume about Labor’s Help To Buy Bill, set to be reintroduced to parliament.
The legislation would allow 40,000 Australians buy a home with a 2 per cent deposit.
To qualify for the scheme, buyers must earn less than $90,000 a year, or $120,000 a year for couples.
Speaking on Wednesday’s Hot Topics segment, Natalie said she’s worried her two sons – aged 19 and 22 – won’t be able to purchase a home after Ms Hume claimed ‘Australians have already rejected this policy right around the country’.

‘I’m in the lucky position I got to buy mine when they were cheaper years ago but I don’t know how my kids are going to buy one,’ she said.
Natalie has been a Sunrise host since 2020 but she has never opened up about her salary.
However, the Daily Mail earlier reported it’s believed she earns more than $1m per year.
Viewers were quick to slam her comments on Facebook, claiming Natalie will ‘set her kids up’.
‘She is the last person who should speak she’s wealthy and will set her kids up,’ one person commented.
‘So many young people are buying houses every day without the help of mum and dad. Nats (sic) just stirring the pot.’
Another chimed in claiming Natalie ‘earns over $1m per year’.

She said on the program she didn’t know how her children could afford to buy a house in the current market
‘You’re saying that over the 20 years she’s been on Sunrise she hasn’t been focused on purchasing bond investments, share trading accounts, managed ETF funds and more in her children’s name for their use as they get older?’ another wrote.
‘I get it she has got the money to get her son a house. The thing is this though she can help with just getting him one or she can give him a loan to get one,’ commented another.
‘Then people will just start complaining that he is a rich person’s kid and gets what ever he wants and the real world is lost on him ect ect. We don’t know her parenting style she might feel like she has worked for her money and he needs to as well the world ain’t a free ride.’
Natalie did not comment on the criticism surrounding her comments when she hosted Sunrise as usual on Thursday.
