The actress, 56, wore a tan coat over black leggings with study-looking work boots.
Her hair was pulled back into a low ponytail as she perused the buckets of flowers.
On Monday the 21 Grams star announced the passing of her grandmother and paid tribute.
The Watcher star, who is married to actor Billy Crudup, 56, shared a snap of her beloved grandmother holding up a telegram from King Charles brandishing the royal seal.
In two other frames, Naomi is seen celebrating her grandmother’s 100th birthday milestone with family and friends.

Currently, Naomi is filming the Ryan Murphy legal drama All’s Fair in Manhattan.
The upcoming Hulu series also stars Kim Kardashian, Glenn Close, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash and Teyana Taylor.
Kardashian is executive producing the upcoming series and her mother Kris Jenner also appears in it.
The series centers on an all-female law firm, and is described as a high-end, glossy and sexy adult procedural.
All’s Fair was first announced in December, the first series under Murphy’s new overall deal at Disney.
