In the footage, Nadia could be seen crossing the street before she unveiled her new store front which was once an optometrist.
Nadia frolicked her way into the skeleton store, overflowing with excitement as she explained her vision while tradesmen worked around her.
Joking that she hoped ‘things won’t fall on our heads’ as she picked her way through the renovation in progress, Nadia mentioned some key features of her new store.

She revealed she had an entire wall taken out to open the space, which she planned to decorate with mirrors and other items for a ‘warm, cosy feel’.
The brunette beauty also revealed she was installing a staircase into the back of the shop which would lead to a second floor ‘styling suite’.
‘We’ve got a cute little garden as well,’ she said.

‘[The store] is a bigger space. It’s going to have a similar vibe to Greville St [her flagship store in Prahran, Melbourne]. Warm feel. Very cosy but Sydney as well.’
It comes just hours after Henne broke their silence on their mysterious absence from this year’s Australian Fashion Week lineup.
Nadia’s brand was not included in this year’s show alongside major brands like Carla Zampatti, Romance Was Born and P.E Nation, despite being the most popular event scheduled in 2023.
However, a spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia on Tuesday the brand’s absence from the exclusive fashion event was due to Henne ‘redirecting its focus to the opening of its first Sydney boutique in June’.
