Ben Bader was just 23 when he managed to buy his way into one of Florida’s most exclusive enclaves — a gated paradise home to millionaires and stars.
But the luxury community, dubbed ‘one of Florida’s billion‑dollar havens’, that the rising social media influencer worked hard to reach became the scene of his sudden and tragic death last week.
Bader was found ‘not breathing’ in the communal clubhouse at Admirals Cove, a private club in Jupiter, 30 minutes north of Palm Beach, by shocked members at 6.30pm last Thursday.
His ‘extremely sudden’ death at 25 rocked the gated community that is home to Donald Trump Jr and formerly Celine Dione. Bader’s death is still being investigated and officials have not ruled out foul play.
He had been due to meet his girlfriend for a date later that night and had posted what would be his final TikTok video the day prior, in which he gave blunt, no‑frills advice on staying disciplined and persistent in chasing business goals — a hallmark of his online brand.
Growing up in a multi-million-dollar home in Ohio, Bader built a sizable following online by offering financial advice and lifestyle content, launching a course called The Artisan Lab and an e‑newsletter, becoming a mentor for young entrepreneurs.

The community where Bader was tragically found ‘unresponsive’ before his death is also the same neighborhood some of the world’s rich and famous call home
The rising social media star was a resident of the community, a gated waterfront neighborhood boasting a private marina, on-site spa, and gorgeous golf course (pictured the accompanying club)
He was raised in Indian Hill, a wealthy suburb of greater Cincinnati, which is known for having some of Ohio’s highest‑end real estate.
Bader grew up in an entrepreneurial household, with both his mother and father connected to multiple business ventures, including real estate holdings and investment entities.
Bader moved into a waterfront residence at Admirals Cove in 2022 complete with a private boat dock, a property reportedly in the $1–2 million range, though it is unclear if he owned or rented the unit.
The Cove has long attracted a slew of big names, including baseball Hall‑of‑Famer Mike Schmidt and star pitcher Max Scherzer, among the roughly 888 homes in the enclave.
Singer Celine Dion has also previously held property in the estate. In 2021, Donald Trump Jr. and then‑girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle became the latest residents after purchasing a mansion valued at about $15m.
About thirty residents tried to block the move, warning the homeowners association that the membership might bring ‘undesirable notoriety.’ Still, the pair bought the home and it has remained off the market ever since.
Initiation fees at Admirals Cove range from $225,000 for a social membership to $375,000 for golf course access, according to Echo Fine Properties.
Members also have to pay up to $50,000 in annual dues and fees.
And the club’s slate of amenities leaves little need to ever leave.
The club boasts numerous pickleball and tennis courts, in addition to its own private marina for boat and yacht owners
His girlfriend posted a TikTok tribute as she shared the news on Sunday. She shared that his cause of death is ‘still unknown’
The Club at Admirals Cove boasts 45 holes of championship golf, a full tennis and pickleball center, a private marina with hundreds of deep‑water docks, a boutique hotel for guests, and extensive wellness facilities including spa, gym, and salon.
Dining runs the gamut: from a sushi bar and ‘ocean‑to‑table’ cuisine in the Marina Café overlooking the water, to stylish lounges and bistro fare pool‑side.
Admirals Cove sits on a massive tract of land originally purchased by the renowned philanthropist John D MacArthur.
After his death in 1978, its 727 acres were purchased for the creation of an exclusive community for wealthy members, with the first residents moving in in 1987.
Sadly, the clubhouse was the site of tragedy last week.
‘He was discovered by fellow residents and appeared not to be breathing,’ Jupiter Police Department spokesperson Shawn Reed told the Mail, speaking of Bader’s death.
Reed added that ‘lifesaving measures’ were conducted on Bader by first responders.
They said an ‘active investigation’ is currently being conducted into Bader’s passing. It is not clear how he died or whether he had any pre-existing health conditions.
Bader was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Bader’s girlfriend Reem confirmed he passed ‘extremely suddenly’ as she wrote in a tribute on TikTok: ‘The past few days have been the hardest few days of my entire life and I’ve never dealt with this before,’ she wrote in a tribute on TikTok.

The Bader family described Ben as ‘visionary who led with love, lived with intention, and turned his passions into helping others.’
‘He made a profound impact on everyone who knew him through his wisdom, humor, and compassion.
‘Ben lived each day to the fullest, inspiring those around him to seek meaning, connection, and purpose in their own lives,’ the statement said.
The statement further said he ‘will continue to shine through the countless people he touched’ and also stated Ben was born prematurely at 28 weeks.
The influencer was known across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, boasting a combined following of more than 200,000 people across his multiple social media platforms.
His final Instagram post came a little over a month ago and commemorated his 25th birthday celebration. He also seemingly filmed and shared a financial advice video on the day he died.
‘All I want for my birthday is more of everything,’ he captioned a carousel of photos with his girlfriend and his friends.
