The fashion conscious presenter brought the white feline, playfully named Shimi McLovin, to the Leicester Square studio in a distinctive breathable cat carrier - just days after introducing it to social media followers.
With spring temperatures , Myleene, 48, was dressed appropriately in a stylish floral print playsuit and leopard print sandals as she greeted onlookers while making her way across the central London landmark.
The presenter, a supporter of Wood Green Pets Charity, introduced social media followers to her fostered cat on Monday while raising funds for the organisation through her partnership with Sketchers footwear.
Myleene has also teamed up with charity Save The Children numerous times in the past, and previously travelled to the Philippines to witness first-hand how young mothers cope in appalling conditions.
In 2024, the presenter thanked fans for their support after she was named in the list for her services to women's health, miscarriage awareness and to charity.

Sharing a video from Thailand, she wrote: 'Greetings from Thailand, It's very late here at the moment. We're seven hours ahead and I'm currently in my posh interview shirt with my beach shorts on because I've been on the beach with my family today.
'I'm currently doing interviews back in the UK real time because I wanted to share something really important with you, really special.
'Today in the New Years Honours list I have been recognised for an MBE. I am now officially Myleene Klass MBE.
'I'm going to put it on stationary. I wonder if I can get it on my passport.
'All this to say the MBE is for my services to miscarriage and campaigning, working with Tommy's, making sure that women's fertility is addressed at parliament an just making sure that every woman and baby gets across that finishing line and I won't stop. I will not stop.
'I'm even more determined now to be able to use my platform to call for change and to get the care that these women and these babies so rightfully deserve.
'To everybody that has supported me, thank you so much. I will continue to call for change. And to the babies that went before us, know that this mamma is going to continue to fight and make sure that your voices are heard until we reunite once again.
'So thank you for all your love, all your support from Myleene Klass MBE and Happy New Year.'

It comes after Myleene - who has three children - said she was 'so proud' of how far she had come and reflected on how she had battled back 'from a very dark place'.
Talking to the BBC she said: 'When I think back to how all of this started, it all came from a very dark place, and I certainly didn't have it in mind to become a campaigner at the time.
