Katie Price’s plush new pad near Horsham is already sparking fury – with neighbours fearing it’s turning into another Mucky Mansion nightmare.
The star, 47, who is renting the swanky new-build for a whopping £4,500-a-month, has only been there a matter of months – but locals say the place is already being swallowed by piles of rubbish.
Shocking new pictures reveal bin bags, debris and junk strewn around the outside and dumped at the rear of the property, leaving onlookers stunned at the apparent lack of care for the home.
Neighbours are said to be growing increasingly concerned as the mess continues to build up, with one source claiming the luxury house is -‘going the same way as her old place’.
With the rubbish mounting up fast, locals are now wondering just how bad things could get.
Her famous Mucky Mansion – which she bought in 2014 from Tory peer Francis Maude – was put on the market and later sold after she was evicted due to financial issues and a second bankruptcy declaration in March 2024.Â

She then moved into a £5,000 a month Tudor-style rental but had to leave there after only a few months.
Speaking on her podcast last July, Katie explained how she started looking at houses on Rightmove after being told by her landlord that the house was going up for sale.Â
She said: ‘I’ve got to move house as the guy who owns it wants to sell the house now. So, I’ve got to go on the house hunt again.
‘I might go closer to the kids school. I am gonna talk to the guy, he might let me stay there a bit longer but he might not.’
After this she moved into the current £4,500k a month home which is a three-bedroom barn conversion.
Drone pictures show the close proximity to her neighbours who will no doubt be concerned by the accumulating rubbish.
Katie finally found a buyer for her original rundown Mucky Mansion in December 2024. It was originally put on the market for £1.5million.
Katie, who was evicted for not paying the mortgage, lowered the listing to £1.35million in October 2024 after failing to sell it for the original asking price.
It was then snapped up for £1.15million, a stark contrast to the figure Katie thought the Sussex mansion was worth.Â

A public notice on Rightmove stated: ‘Mortgagees in possession are now in receipt of an offer for the sum of £1,150,000.’
Nonetheless, Katie didn’t see a penny for the sale as it will be swallowed up by the debts she previously ran up against the Sussex home.Â
When the home was first listed, a brochure told potential buyers not to fall into Katie’s empty pool and also warned the land could be contaminated by waste.
An online advert said the pad could be flipped into an ‘impressive family house’ after refurbishment.
Making no mention of its famous former owner, the ad described the property as: ‘A substantial detached family home including three reception rooms, nine bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms spread over three floors plus a one-bedroom annexe.’

Bailiffs evicted the star and her family from their West Sussex home in May 2024 after she failed to keep up payments on the monthly mortgage.
The former model had paid £1.35m for the property in 2014 from former Tory peer Francis Maude and it featured in a Channel Four series as she attempted to renovate the house.
When she moved out she claimed the house was ‘cursed’.
Talking about Mucky Mansion she said: ‘I’ve had nothing but bad memories in that house’, and insisted moving will be the start of a new chapter in her life.
Last week it was revealed by the Daily Mail that Katie had split from boyfriend JJ Slater after almost two years together.
She ended the romance after realising she didn’t see a future with the former reality star, 14 years her junior.
Insiders say cracks in their relationship had become ‘too obvious to ignore’ in recent months, despite Katie insisting they were going strong.
The mother-of-five has now accepted their romance has run its course, and JJ, 32, will not become husband number four.
They began dating in February 2024, after JJ rose to fame on E4’s Married At First Sight UK.
Katie even spoke of having a child together, her sixth, but in the end, it wasn’t meant to be.
A source revealed: ‘Katie has had doubts for some time about whether JJ is husband material, but she hoped those concerns would fade.
‘Instead, her fears only grew, and she’s now accepted the relationship will not end with her walking down the aisle for a fourth time.

‘JJ was left disappointed and has already packed his bags and moved back to his home in Essex.
‘He genuinely saw a future with Katie, but it seems she ultimately had a very different outlook.’
The Daily Mail contacted Katie and JJ’s representatives for comment.Â
Katie began dating JJ in 2024, shortly after her split from former fiancé Carl Woods, her eighth engagement.
