And according to Variety, experts have tracked Deadpool & Wolverine to kick off with a $165 million debut weekend, which would be the best of the year, as well as any R-rated movie ever.
The first-ever R-rated MCU movie also stars Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Karan Soni, Leslie Uggams, Matthew Macfadyen and Jennifer Garner
Ahead of the film’s release, the final movie trailer teased the appearance of Lady Deadpool, which has sparked curiosity about the unmasking of the blonde superhero’s identity.
Many fans have begun speculating that the star playing the female vigilante, the female counterpart to the infamous Deadpool from the alternate reality of Earth-3010, could be Ryan’s wife Blake Lively or their close family friend, superstar Taylor Swift.
While the teaser clip also surprised Marvel fans after revealing a unexpected cameo from Dafne Keen as X23, reprising her role from Logan.
Deadpool & Wolverine is slated to debut in theatres in the UK on July 25 and in the USA, July 26.
