Montana Brown celebrated the joys and sorrows of motherhood as she paid tribute to her baby son Jude in a heartfelt Instagram post on Wednesday.
The former Love Island star, 28, reflected on her pregnancy journey seven months after her little one was born – as she shared her emotional thoughts with 1.1M followers.
She detailed the highs and lows of the ‘humbling’ experience, admitting she was always ‘one comment away from having a meltdown’ but it also made her ‘respect her body so much more’.
Sharing a throwback picture of when she was seven months pregnant, she showed off her blossoming baby bump in a red bikini.
Montana was seen posing in a lavish terrace while soaking the sun, adding a stylish straw hat and chic shades.

The TV star added a few heart-melting pictures of little Jude to her carousel, accompanying with a lengthy caption: ‘7 months in vs 7 months out.
‘I actually LOVED being pregnant, it was such a special experience and it really made me respect my body so much more I’m still in awe.
‘This chapter has been hard, the lack of sleep etc is so tough, I legit cried when someone beeped me in the car recently and I always feel one beep or one comment away from having a meltdown but it’s such a humbling experience.’
She went on saying: ‘I am in awe of the mums that do it on their own, don’t have family around to support and who just don’t get a break because I am so fortunate to have support around me and I am STILL in the thick of it..’
The e Love Islander finished gushing over her tiny one: ‘But despite how tired I have been, Jude gets me through, his smile first thing in the morning is just priceless.’

The couple enjoyed a loved-up babymoon in Bermuda in April last year, where Mark got down on one knee to propose in a romantic beach setting.

The pair was rumoured to have kept the relationship lowkey for a while before going publicly official on Instagram in October 2021.
The rugby star-turned-real estate executive was first pictured with the Love Island beauty during a cosy stroll on the beach in the Barbados at the beginning of 2021.

The reality star took to Instagram as she shared her overwhelming emotion after Jude ended up in A&E after a terrifying accident.
The mother-of-one explained that Jude fell off the kitchen counter while she was getting her porridge out of the microwave, leaving her ‘crying her eyes out.’
Sharing a snap of Jude in his auntie’s arms at the hospital, Montana candidly revealed that she had the ‘worst mum guilt’ after he managed to ‘launch himself off the kitchen counter’.
The star was overcome with emotion and cried her eyes out at the shock, but luckily had Jude’s auntie and uncle to support her at the hospital.
Sharing a snap on her story, she wrote: ‘Jude had his first fall.
‘He was in a dockatot [form of baby lounger] type thing and in five seconds managed to launch himself off the kitchen counter and landed on the hard tiles.
‘Literally the worst mum guilt of my life. Thank god for his auntie and uncle who came with me to get him checked out.
‘He seems absolutely fine but just a big mark on the front of his head but feel better coming to A&E.
‘Did I cry my eyes out? Yes. Will I be scared to put him down without wrapping him in pillows… YES.
