She accessorised with matching high heels and a small rectangular clutch purse with gold detailing.
Monica – who stars as Delores in the film – elevated her look with an almost-choker diamond necklace but opted to skip a pair of earrings.
Her partner of nearing two years, Tim, 66, looked smart in a black suit with a black and white polka dot shirt and blue-lens sunglasses.

Also at the Leicester Square premiere were the likes of Jenna Ortega, Winona Ryder, and Michael Keaton.
Just one day prior, the cast were receiving a four-minute standing ovation for the fantasy comedy horror which premiered at the Venice Film Festival.
Beetlejuice 2 sees Winona, 52, Catherine O’Hara, 70, and Michael Keaton, 72, all reprising their roles, 36 years on.
The Beetlejuice (1984) plot is as follows: After Barbara (Geena Davis) and Adam Maitland (Alec Baldwin) die in a car accident, they find themselves stuck haunting their country residence, unable to leave the house.
When the unbearable Deetzes family (Catherine and Jeffrey Jones) and teen daughter Lydia (Winona) buy the home, the Maitlands attempt to scare them away without success.
Their efforts attract Beetlejuice (Michael), a rambunctious spirit whose ‘help’ quickly becomes dangerous for the Maitlands and innocent Lydia.
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’s plot line reads: ‘Three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River after an unexpected family tragedy.

The cast at the Venice Film Festival red carpet premiere on Wednesday
‘Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life soon gets turned upside down when her rebellious teenage daughter (Jenna) discovers a mysterious portal to the afterlife.
‘When someone says Beetlejuice’s name three times, the mischievous demon gleefully returns to unleash his very own brand of mayhem.’
At Wednesday’s premiere, Winona wore a suit-inspired dress and hugged Jenna, 21, who stunned in red.
The ovation they would later receive was cut short by the festival organisers turning off the lights so the cast could leave.
Jenna previously told The New York Times of working with Winona: ‘She was so warm and welcoming and kind and inviting right from the jump, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
‘It was at a time where my career was taking a different turn, and I didn’t realize that I needed that from somebody who could relate, but I did,’ she said, adding that she was in a ‘transformative’ period in her life after shooting to overnight superstardom on Netflix’s Wednesday.
Previously, Winona admitted to Slash Film that she found it ‘hard to imagine’ a sequel of the hit film.
She said: ‘I think certainly, I never pictured Lydia either having children or in any type of relationship.
‘I just always thought she was just probably in her own world as she got older. Just sort of in the attic and happy, but alone.’
