The TV personality almost suffered a wardrobe malfunction while celebrating the launch of her new collaboration with online retailer Boohoo at local nightspot Fenix.
Molly, 29, struggled to contain her assets in a canary yellow minidress as she let her hair down at the popular Greek bar-restaurant.
The blonde reality star was joined by boyfriend Tom Clare and fellow veteran islanders Hannah Elizabeth, Sophie Piper, Jess Wynter, Demi Jones and Arabella Chi for the official launch of her forthcoming collection.
New Real Housewives Of Cheshire cast-member Eleanor Egar also joined the raucous party as it wore on late into the evening.

Molly appeared to be in high spirits as she walked hand in hand with boyfriend Tom ahead of the launch party on Wednesday night.
She was revealed as the new Boohoo ambassador for 2024 on Tuesday, after bagging the brand’s most lucrative deal yet.
The reality star looked incredible as she showcased her jaw dropping figure in a red mesh lace creation, before changing into her cleavage boosting yellow party dress.
Molly beamed in snaps as she paired her lace ensemble with some simple gold heels, while appearing joint to the hip of her boyfriend Tom.
While Molly dressed up, Tom kept it casual in a black graphic T-shirt, black jeans and white trainers.
The couple were also joined by fellow islanders from the star-studded series, including Sophie Piper, Demi Jones and Arabella Chi.
Sophie flaunted her washboard abs as she opted for a low-waisted black leather mini-skirt and matching high-necked top.
Scraping her long brunette locks back in a ponytail, she covered up with a matching black jacket which she let hang at the end of her arms.

Speaking on the impressive six figure deal, Molly enthusiastically said: ‘I am absolutely thrilled to be partnering with boohoo! It’s a brand that I’ve loved and worn for years, and to now be part of the family is just amazing’

While the collection was originally scheduled to drop on April 3, Molly surprised guests at her event in Manchester on Wednesday by announcing her edit will be available to shop in time for Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
The collection blends pastel spring-occasion styles with bold day-to night pieces, embodying Molly’s signature feminine, yet flirtatious style, that she was known for in the Love Island villa.

The cast reunited for the fun night
Molly won Love Island with boyfriend Tom and her ex-partner, who she met on the winter edition of the series three years earlier, came second.
She was praised by viewers for the mature way she handled living in the TV show’s villa with her ex-Callum Jones, who dated multiple Islanders including Georgia Steel and Jess Gale .
Fans of the show were hoping to see Molly and Callum rekindled their three-and-a-half year romance, which only ended six months prior to the All Stars competition.
Despite remaining close friends, the exes have insisted there are no romantic feelings between them, with Callum still pursuing his connection with Jess Gale.
Tom previously admitted it was ‘s***’ seeing the reaction from viewers, who were hoping for a fairytale ending between Molly and Callum.
He said: ‘I’ve come out and I’ve seen a lot of messages that say Molly and Callum should get back together and it’s s*** to see, it is s***, but in the villa there was no sign of it.
‘If there had been an incline, if there was flirting, I would have addressed it but there was nothing at all. I understand it, they want the fairytale and they had been together a long time but at the end of the day it is still s*** to see.’
