The mother-of-one, 24, began her day treated to cake, flowers and presents before being taken out to brunch by Tommy and their daughter Bambi, 14 months.
Molly-Mae looked in good spirits as she headed to The Village Cafe in Hale Village, Cheshire for a tasty treat with her family.
She was casually clad for the outing in baggy black jeans and an oversized suede jacket, while she allowed her natural beauty to shine through by going makeup-free.
In her arms was baby Bambi, who she had dressed in all pink for the outing.

By her side was Tommy, 24, who was also dressed down in black joggers and a grey hoodie while clutching a giant baby bag.
It topped off a lovely morning for Molly, who gave fans a glimpse into her festivities on Instagram.
The Love Island star shared a photo of a huge pink ‘M’, a pile of presents and a bouquet of flowers.
She snapped a shot of a handmade card, adorned with her one-year-old daughter Bambi’s handprints, that read: ‘Hands up, who has the BEST Mummy?’
Molly-Mae also acknowledged that she was a ‘cat mum’ as she shared a picture of her feline Eggy and paid tribute to her own mother, Debbie.
She shared a throwback with her mum that she sweetly captioned: ‘I hope me and Bambi have the same relationship we do.’
She uploaded a snap of herself as a child, with a prominent strawberry mark visible on her forehead.

Strawberry marks, or haemangiomas are blood vessels that form a raised red lump on the skin, which appear soon after birth.
Molly-Mae shared the first childhood throwback of herself to ask followers who her daughter Bambi more closely resembles: herself or her fiance Tommy Fury.
One follower asked: ‘Did your birth mark just fade or did you get it removed?’ to which she replied: ‘I had it removed when I was about 12…
‘Over the years its colour faded but it only went away from surgery. No one can believe it when I show pics of it.’
She added: ‘I strangely loved it. I used to love that it was something no one else had and that it made me different!’
Molly previously spoke about her changing looks in her 2022 book, Becoming Molly-Mae, as well as the strawberry birthmark she had on her face as a child.
Her father Stephen wrote: ‘As dad to two daughters, I felt it was unfair for a girl to have the birthmark in such a prominent location.
‘I used to get into verbal fights with people who said rude things about it when they saw it and only because I was a copper did I stop myself ‘chinning’ a few.
‘Her birthmark gave her an adorable quality. A lot of people stood up for her and protected her from cruel remarks.’
It’s not the first time Molly-Mae has reflected on her childhood this week after revealing she ‘used to love’ her huge birthmark as she shared previously unseen baby photos, on Monday
Molly-Mae previously urged her young followers to ‘ just wait’ until their faces have matured before they consider having cosmetic work done
Molly-Mae herself spoke about her birthmark in the book and said that for a while, she didn’t even want to get rid of the mark because it made her stand out from the other children.
The reality star explained that her parents wanted her to get it removed so that she didn’t get bullied.
And she said that while it wasn’t something she was insecure about, she did get it removed in the end and now just has a tiny scar on her forehead which is very faint.
And now the social media star says that she always talks to children with similar birthmarks on their face to reassure them.
In her book, Molly-Mae opened up about how her appearance has changed over the years, admitting that she went too far with lip and facial fillers and had the treatments reversed when her face started looking lumpy and distorted.
And while she insists she wouldn’t tell anybody else to do the same, she regrets having those things done to herself.
Molly-Mae detailed having full face filler packages for £400 and lip filler. She had jaw and cheek filler to change the shape of her jawline.
Over time, the influencer admitted she realised she was mortified after she became that ‘unnatural, face full of filler girl’ and was trolled as a result.
Molly-Mae revealed that she had started to feel ‘less confident’ as a result and after taking a selfie, the photo looked ‘so bad: distorted and unnatural,’ so she decided to do something about it.
Change: Molly-Mae also got her lip fillers dissolved late in 2020
