Mollie King has revealed she has undergone a secret surgery following mystery health issues.
The presenter, 38, shared with her one million Instagram followers that she had the surgery in July amid her Radio 1 absence, but did not go into detail about the operation.
Alongside a series of snaps from throughout summer, Mollie explained: ‘Hi everyone! Long time, no post!
‘I just wanted to say a big thank you to those of you who’ve sent such lovely messages over the past few weeks while I’ve been off Radio 1. It really does mean a lot.
‘I had to take some time off in July for an operation but everything went well and I’m doing much better now. I’ll be back on air in September and can’t wait to be back with you!
‘It feels like forever since I’ve been in the R1 studio… I’m even missing getting thrashed in Matt vs Mollie, so that’s really saying something! Ha!’

She signed off by saying: ‘In the meantime, here are a few photos from earlier in the summer!’
Earlier this year Mollie confessed she is in ‘survival mode’ after welcoming her second child with her fiancé Stuart Broad.
Mollie and the former cricketer, 38, who already share a daughter, Annabella, 19 months, welcomed Lilianna in January.
In an interview with Daily Mail, Mollie has opened up about expanding her family and revealed she had a ‘tricky’ first weeks after bringing the newborn home.
She admitted that she felt like she ‘knew nothing’, but transitioning from one child to two was much easier than going from no children to one.
Mollie told Daily Mail: ‘I feel like the first few weeks – it was the same with Annabella – I did find it quite tricky.
‘You’re just really in that sort of survival mode of, you’re up all night, you’re feeding constantly, but now I’m at that stage where I’m really able to sort of enjoy it and take the most of each moment.
‘And I’ve actually found it easy going from one to two rather than going from none to one, because I feel like I’ve got that little bit of experience and a bit more knowledge.

Shortly after Mollie gave birth to Liliana, her fiancé took a trip abroad to be a sports commentator for the South Africa premier T20 cricket league.
During this time, Mollie relied on her mother and her in-laws to support her while she juggled the demands of parenthood.
While Mollie explained that the timing of his trip wasn’t ideal, she had enjoyed spending more time than she is usually used to now that she has been on maternity leave.
Mollie said: ‘He went to South Africa for 5 weeks quite soon after she was born, which wasn’t ideal timing, so my amazing mom and mother-in-law really stepped in and helped me out with that.
‘But since he’s been back from South Africa. It has just been so lovely to have that family time while I’m on maternity leave.
‘It’s been nice to sort of feel like the four of us are a little used it and most of that time. I know how precious the time is.
‘I know how quickly it goes by. So yeah, we’ve been really trying to like make the most of each day and do fun activities and get out.’

The cricket sensation and the DJ met back in 2012 through mutual friends, but didn’t begin dating until six years later.
A friend asked Mollie to send Stuart a get-well message while he was recovering from an injury, marking their first link.
But they didn’t strike up their romance until 2018, when Mollie appeared on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing.
Despite forging a strong bond, the couple briefly split for five months at the time but rekindled their relationship in 2019.
