A model has transformed into one of the biggest pop rockstars of the 20th century for Halloween, David Bowie.

Getting into the spirit of spooky season, this actress looked almost unrecognisable as she painted Bowie’s signature lightning bolt across her face for an album posted to Instagram on Friday

They disguised their brown locks with a spiky, orange Ziggy Stardust mullet wig and slipped into bright red, platform boots.

While she has been known to star in a variety of hit productions such as Suicide Squad and American Horror Story, she first entered the world of fame as a model.

In the early 2010s, her career took off after landing the Burberry Spring/Summer 2011 campaign and was soon spotted walking for Victoria’s Secret.

Joining a slew of celebrities dressing up for October 31st, Cara slipped into a pair of bright blue tights and a sparkly red and blue top.

Alongside the transformation, Cara also shared a series of throwback pictures of her costumes from other years.

In one picture, the actress slipped into a scuba body suit holding a snorkelling tank prop labelled ‘m**f diver’.

Cara also stripped off into lacy black underwear as she shared a selfie dressed as a sultry nun.

Dressed as an armadillo, Cara paired up with Matt LeBlanc as she posed alongside the Friends star, who was dressed in layers of clothing – a nod to The One Where No One’s Ready episode.

In another nod to the famed TV series, Cara also dressed in Rachel’s iconic pink bridesmaid dress as she posed alongside Justin Bieber, who was dressed as Sputnik.

Cara has recently switched up her style as she looked worlds away from her former party girl days, as she posted a series of pouty snaps.

She unveiled her super-glam new image as she attended the star-studded Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Cara was famous for her party girl image in the 2010s, bursting on the showbiz scene as a model before making a foray into Hollywood.

But recently, the star has shown off her newly glam Hollywood glow-up in an array of glitzy and elegant ensembles.

And Saturday was no exception as Cara dazzled in a glitzy silver gown with a ruffled blue neckline for the gala.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Cara shared a carousel of flawless snaps of her ensemble ahead of the event, where she was seen pouting at the camera.
