Former Married At First Sight star Dean Wells has called out Laura Byrne and Abbie Chatfield following Donald Trump’s election win on Wednesday.
Bachelor stars Laura and Abbie shared a video to their Instagram pages, expressing their disappointment at Trump’s win over Kamala Harris.
‘Sorry let me get this right, so we would rather a convicted felon than a woman. F**k me,’ Laura said.
Abbie also told her followers: ‘He is a racist piece of s**t. He can not say a coherent sentence. Of course I’m biased.’
Dean took to his social media to call Laura a ‘dumb chick’ and Abbie a ‘clown’ while sharing his support for Trump.
Reposting Laura’s video to his page, Dean wrote: ‘How dumb is this chick? It’s nothing to do with gender. Kamala is a corrupt puppet of the war machine who is terrible at her job.’
He then called out Abbie by placing a clown emoji on her face and, writing: ‘Trump is not a rapist.’
‘You should be much more concerned that the Democrats came after him lawfare and every dirty trick in the book to try to disqualify him.’

Trump pulled off an astounding political comeback and regained the White House after being declared the winner of the 2024 U.S. presidential election.
He becomes the first president in over 130 years – and only the second in history – to win a non-consecutive second term.
His defeat of Vice President Harris marks a remarkable return for a twice-impeached president, who left office in 2021 on the back of claims that he had incited an assault on the U.S. Capitol building, and who was convicted earlier this year on multiple counts of business fraud.
The 78-year-old will also become the oldest president ever inaugurated, beating President Joe Biden’s record by five months.
He pulled off his remarkable victory on a night reminiscent of 2016, sweeping the key swing states of North Carolina, Georgia and Pennsylvania.

It isn’t the first time Dean and Abbie have clashed, with the MAFS groom calling out the podcast host in 2022 after she shared her views of the ‘colonialist monarchy’ following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
Dean ranted to his followers about the up-and-coming radio presenter, 29, and anyone else who agreed with her.
He made a lengthy post to his Instagram telling everyone who shared Abbie’s views to ‘STFU [shut the f**k up] and go back to living in the bush’.
‘To all the people whinging about “colonialism” from their iPhones, powered by electricity, using a written language, from inside a building that has constant running water, plumbing, air con and all other modern conveniences that western civilisation has provided for us all to live the most comfortable, prosperous, safe, privileged lives of any humans in all of history… Please kindly STFU of go back to living in the bush,’ he wrote.
Dean then shared a picture of The Bachelorette star with a caption over her face which read: ‘That includes this absolute POS [piece of s**t].
‘The lack of awareness of the most basic historical facts is astonishing.’
In 2021, Dean also criticised Abbie for comments she made about musician Tones and I.
At the time, Abbie said that Tones and I was ‘incorrect’ to state that ‘more people have died from suicide than Covid over the last two years’.
In a series of posts on Instagram, Dean called Abbie a ‘dildo saleswoman’ and slammed her for ‘having a go’ at the singer.

Dean was the subject of a social media firestorm in 2018 when he declared on Married At First Sight: ‘I’m the man and I’m in charge.’
He insisted: ‘It’s hard to say without sounding sexist or something, but I like a girl that is a girl and is girly and knows that I’m the man and that I’m in charge.
‘I also want someone that listens to me… and I want to be the alpha male and she needs to respect me as the man.’
At the time, the commercial angered fans on social media, including one viewer who wrote: ‘It’s not the 1950’s anymore, mate.’
He later claimed producers portrayed him as a ‘sexist misogynist’ thanks to the show’s editing.
Speaking to Wednesday’s Daily Telegraph, Dean said: ‘I have spoken out about the editing and the manipulation that goes on behind the scenes and the way they portrayed me.’
‘They pretty much did a number on me and portrayed me as a sexist misogynist a***hole, which is completely not true.’
