This comes after Millie celebrated one year without alcohol in August and, just as she did on Thursday, posted a carousel of photos, and described her journey so far.
Millie decided to become sober two months after her 33rd birthday after realising her ‘anxiety levels were really high’.
She said: ‘It was a decision I made because I wanted to improve my mental health and in particular my anxiety levels which were really high, particularly after having the second baby coming out of lockdown.
‘So I stopped drinking in August and honestly it has just had so many positive changes.
‘Yes at the beginning it was hard. I did find it difficult socially and at social events because it’s like a habit if you’re used to having a drink. So, it felt a bit weird and a bit awkward but I got past that kind of by month three.
‘And honestly the benefits just outweigh any of that and it makes it so worth it and I just feel better every day that goes by.’
In August, Millie said: ‘I had a breakthrough in therapy and decided to stop drinking alcohol, I didn’t want to admit it but it’s a huge trigger for my anxiety.’
Stunning: Millie shared a photo of herself leaning on her car in a wide-brimmed hat and black cowboy boots

Millie rose to fame on the very first series of Made In Chelsea in 2011.
She was involved with Hugo right away, with Hugo being torn between Millie and Rosie Fortescue.
Hugo chooses Millie but they soon break up when it is revealed that Hugo slept with Rosie. They reunited in 2016, got engaged in 2017, and married in 2018, before having Sienna in 2020 and Aurelia in 2021.
Millie was married to rapper Professor Green from 2013 to 2016.
