‘Becoming alcohol-free has really started me on a journey of self-discovery, I’ve learnt so much about myself, my strengths, and weaknesses. This self-awareness has been invaluable and I’m more focused on building a life I love.
‘By removing alcohol, I’ve been able to focus on feeling my best, overcoming challenges and building deeper connections – you never know those connections might open doors to opportunities you could have never imagined!!
‘So, whether you’re on this journey already or considering taking the plunge, know that there’s a lot of options to support you every step of the way.’
