The former Made In Chelsea star, 36, posted a clip that offered her followers a glimpse at her natural appearance, sharing it in stark contrast to a heavily-filtered video of her face.
In the touching clip, Millie first shared the filtered clip of her face, along with the tagline: ‘You’re so beautiful.’
The video then cut a clip of her face with ‘no filter,’ followed by another with ‘no makeup,’ with Millie showing her appearance from various angles.
Captioning the post: ‘Remember you are beautiful,’ Millie received a wave of positive comments from fans.

Millie has previously shared her struggles with anxiety, admitting she was suffering regular panic attacks and ‘crying every day’ as she struggled to juggle life as a working mum.
The star shares two daughter Sienna, five, and Aurelia, three, with her husband Hugo Taylor who she first met on the reality TV show.
She told The Sun: ‘It felt like a bit of a breakdown moment where I just wasn’t coping.
‘I was really over-tired. I was taking on a lot. I had a lot of stress, I wasn’t managing the stress very well and my body was giving me these signs that, ‘hey, you need to slow down’.’
‘I was having quite a lot of panic attacks and my nervous system was actually in crisis. I had to take a bit of time off.’

She added that she now tries to make less plans and isn’t as bothered anymore if her ‘diary isn’t full everyday’.
Millie also no longer drinks after she realised that alcohol made her anxiety much worse.
Earlier this month, Millie also opened up about how she found a balance between parenting and finding time for herself during the trip.
‘Prioritising my mental health meant getting up early before the kids woke up to do a meditation and workout,’ she wrote over her beach snap.
