While not addressing her marriage breakdown directly Millie, 36, said that 'things going on in her personal life' had now made her cautious of what she shares.
She is known for her honest admissions and in the past opened has up about her , addiction as well as confessions about her sexuality, the latter which reportedly heightened the pair's marriage struggles.
But now taking to her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Millie spoke about meeting a fan who said: '"I love what you post, I love you talk about ADHD, about mental health, I have similar struggles and thank you for being so real"'.
The TV personality admitted that she found the meeting 'emotional', saying: 'I think recently I have found it really hard to know how show up online because of things I've got going on in my personal life that I am not going to share online'.

'But because I do usually share so much of my life, I left like this gap, this residence to posting and like letting you guys in'.
She went on to say how the interaction made her remember how 'amazing the online community is' and solidified the notion that her honest content helped others.
Millie and Hugo are now said to have both with the pair keen for a 'clean break' while continuing to co-parent amicably.
Just hours before her post ex Hugo, 39, returned to Instagram for the first time in months, with his last grid post being from December.
This weekend however he posted to his Instagram Story with a selfie as he enjoyed a sunny day out. He looked stylish in a patterned shirt and wore a pair of dark shades for the new snap.
It comes after a source said: 'Fans will be sad to hear that their relationship is really over, but the pair just want a clean break.
'Millie and Hugo are committed to co-parenting their two young children and keeping everything stable. They are still very amicable with each other and have a lot of respect for one another.'
They went on to tell The Sun: 'They want the divorce to go through as painlessly as possible and are focusing on work in the meantime.'

'They have known each other for many years, and in recent weeks, have had serious conversations about their future, ultimately deciding it's better for them both to part ways.
'Their main priority remains their children and family life, and separating is not something they ever hoped would happen.

Millie travelled to India last month to attend a wellness retreat designed to 'heal' the nervous system, while Hugo was on a skiing holiday.
