Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have officially said ‘I do’ during an intimate ceremony last weekend with close family in attendance to witness the special milestone. 

The Stranger Things actress, 20, and the son of Jon Bon Jovi, 22, initially sparked romance rumors in 2021 – and became engaged two years later. 

Throughout the years, the lovebirds have been seen on each other’s Instagram pages and have made appearances at numerous red carpet events since going public with their budding relationship. 

Although Brown and Bongiovi recently held a ‘low-key’ affair to tie the knot, the couple have plans to hold a larger ceremony later this year in the United States, per The Sun.

JUNE 3, 2021: SPARKING RUMORS

The actress and media personality first sparked romance rumors when they took a selfie together while sitting next to each other inside a vehicle. 

Jake uploaded the photo to his own Instagram account and the pair sent glances towards the phone camera for the quick snap. 

In the caption of the post that was uploaded to his main page, Bongiovi simply penned to his followers, ‘bff <3.’  

And while talking to Wired back in 2022, Brown revealed that the pair had first connected via Instagram in the summer of 2021. 

The Damsel star recalled to the outlet at the time, ‘We were friends for a bit, and then, what can I say?’ 

JUNE 17, 2021: SPENDING TIME TOGETHER

Only a few weeks after Jake uploaded the adorable selfie to Instagram, the two were spotted on an outing in New York City. 

The pair were seen sweetly holding hands as they enjoyed a coffee run in the Big Apple. 

Millie and Jake were also accompanied on the daytime excursion by her cute pup named Winnie, who was safely secured in a large bag that Bongiovi carried over his right shoulder. 

The actress was dressed down for the summer outing and wore a fitted white shirt as well as a flowy pink skirt that fell down past her knees.

Millie shared a cute selfie of herself posing with Jake as they spent a weekend together.

Millie and Jake secretly married during an intimate ceremony, per The Sun, with the couple’s parents also in attendance. 

‘Millie and Jake quietly said their vows in America last weekend,’ a source revealed to the outlet. 

‘They are planning a bigger ceremony in the US later this year but now they have legally married and done all the paperwork.’

The insider further added, ‘It was a very low-key, romantic affair with their closest family with them as they said their vows.’
