The star-studded show was held at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles on Sunday — and kicked off with Kendall Jenner’s catwalk in Nicole Kidman’s iconic Moulin Rouge costume.
For the special occasion, Cyrus wore an oversized, moto trench coat as a dress, layering the chic garb over a white button-down shirt.
She accessorized her all-black outfit with additional leather details including a baker boy cap, gloves with a silver ring worn on top and patent leather slingback stilettos.
She shielded her eyes with a pair of oversize sunglasses and was seen clutching her quilted leather bag while greeting and having a friendly chat with the Justin Bieber’s wife upon her arrival.

The duo were sitting beside Yves Saint Laurent’s creative director Anthony Vaccarello and dressed in looks from the luxury fashion brand.
Meanwhile, the pop star’s wife wore an eye-catching midi dress featuring a dramatic off-the-shoulder detail with a leather rose at the center and revealing side cut-outs showing off her waistline.
She styled her mousey brown hair in her signature slicked-back bun and accessorized with flashy diamond jewelry, including her massive diamond wedding ring.
The Vogue World event drew in a number of celebrities and took place at a Paramount Pictures Studios backlot.
Kendall Jenner and Nicole Kidman both helped kick off the main runway show, while other stars such as Angela Bassett, Julia Garner, Lila Moss and Jeff Goldblum also had a blast on the catwalk.
Cyrus’s attendance at the starry runway show comes shortly after she admitted she is ‘not afraid’ to quit show business and walk away from the entertainment industry.
The Wrecking Ball hitmaker first found stardom as a child, playing the titular character on the hit Disney show Hannah Montana.
Amid her successful career, she admitted she has thought about leaving it all behind.

‘I’m always redesigning, reimagining, re-inspiring,’ she told Pamela Anderson in an interview for CR Fashion Book.
‘I actually had this moment the other night where I was lying in bed thinking, “Wow, I really jumped on a train when I was 11 years old, and I’ve never gotten off”.’
She explained that she committed to being famous long before she was an adult.
‘I made a decision at 11, and I’ve never stopped. I made this deep commitment, and I never questioned it or reexamined it,’ she noted.
‘It wasn’t until my late 20s and early 30s that I started reevaluating: “Is this still what I want?”‘
‘So far, the answer has been yes, but I’m not afraid of the day it’s no. I don’t know if that day will come – when this no longer has my heart the way it does now.’

Cyrus also talked being sober for five years now. The pop singer revealed what helped her stay away from alcohol as she said she came to appreciate ‘simple’ things in life, in spite of her fame and success.
‘A big part of what we do is sharing. Something I love is gardening – actually, I’m making sure my dog isn’t digging mine up at this exact moment,’ the chart-topping star explained to the Baywatch actress.
‘Gardening is something you do for yourself. When we’ve shared so much of ourselves, having those little precious times with something simple – like putting a seed in the ground and nurturing it – it becomes a very personal process.’
