The show - which also starred her real-life father - aired for four seasons from 2006 to 2011 and helped launch Cyrus's musical career.
The special - filmed in front of a live studio audience - is set to premiere on March 24, and will stream on both Disney+ and Hulu.
It will feature never-before-seen archival footage, performances of some of the show's iconic songs, and appearances from her parents and Billy Ray.
