Miley Cyrus Shows Cleavage in Tuxedo Dress, Still Yet to Meet Dad’s Girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley

Miley Cyrus wore a blazer-inspired vest dress while out in New York City on Monday after taping a spot on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

The 32-year-old music artist — who recently addressed her now-resolved rift with dad Billy Ray Cyrus — bared her modest cleavage and tattooed arms in the sleeveless look.

The full-length black frock featured sequins along the lower half and the fashionista added sheer pantyhose.

Her show-stopping look, which she wore while doing press for her new album Something Beautiful, was rounded out with sleek black heels.

Miley wore her blonde-highlighted locks in a ponytail and looked stunning in a dewy face of peach-toned makeup.

The former child star has broken her silence on her father Billy Ray’s shock new romance with Elizabeth Hurley, saying it has allowed her to love both her parents ‘as individuals’ and that seeing them happy has helped her finally ‘grow up.’

‘As I’ve gotten older, I respect my parents as individuals instead of as parents because, you know, my mom really loved my dad for her whole life,’ said the pop icon.

She added, ‘I took on some of my mom’s hurt as my own, because it hurt her more than it hurt me as an adult. So I owned a lot of her pain as mine.’

Opening up on New York Times podcast The Interview, she explained: ‘But now that my mom is so in love with my stepdad, Dom, who I completely adore, and now that I see my dad finding happiness outside of that too, I can love them both as individuals instead of as a kind of parental pairing. I’m being an adult about it.’

Miley’s mom Tish, 58, split from her father in 2022 after 28 years of marriage, and their divorce was finalized in 2023. 

She married Australian actor and Prison Break star Dominic Purcell in August the same year.

‘At first, it’s hard,’ Miley noted of her dad’s new romance, ‘because the little kid in you reacts before the adult in you can go, yes, that’s your dad — but that’s just another person that deserves to be in his bliss and to be happy. So my adult self has caught up. My child self has caught up.’

Billy Ray, 63, debuted his romance with Elizabeth, 59, in April.

It came after the end of his short-lived marriage to 36-year-old singer Firerose, which was settled in August 2024.

Billy Ray Cyrus praised his ex-wife Tish Cyrus via social media on Mother’s Day this year.

In recognition of the holiday, the country crooner — who shares five kids with Tish — posted a solemn statement on Instagram that centered around family.

‘Happy Mother’s Day to all the #StrongMothers out there. Here’s a couple that made our family who and what we are,’ he began.

Speaking highly of his ex, he said, ‘Tish Cyrus was and is the very definition of a strong mother,’ adding, ‘Trust me, I’m the first to admit… being married to me was not easy.’

The Achy Breaky Heart singer continued, ‘I’m very good at making mistakes. A very imperfect man. But thank goodness… somewhere along the line my Mama also taught me “life is a series of adjustments.”‘

He also named Miley in the lengthy message, writing, ‘I’m so proud of Miley and her guts and her courage… her wisdom and strength to bring it when our family needed it most.’

Billy went on to share, ‘We are so close to a full healing. We have all been through a lot.’
