Michelle Keegan Has Relaxing Weekend with Baby Palma After Filming New ITV Drama

Michelle Keegan was spotted enjoying a weekend with her baby girl Palma after a busy week of work.

The actress, 38, cut a casual display as she stepped out in a white T-shirt and green loose-fitting trousers.

She was seen stepping out of a large black four-by-four car and putting her six-month-old, who she shares with husband Mark Wright, into a black iCandy pushchair, which is usually priced upwards of £1,500.

Michelle kept a low profile in a pair of sunglasses for her walk as she wrapped her daughter in a pink blanket.

Michelle has been throwing herself into her latest project this week, after scooping a role opposite Douglas Booth in new ITV drama The Blame.

She was spotted filming alongside the hunky actor, 33, last weekend in Hertfordshire, where they resumed shooting scenes from earlier in the week.

Michelle went from preened and put together to rain-soaked as she filmed outside a newsagents in Hertford town.

The drama is based on the debut novel of the same name by Charlotte Langley and centres around the discovery of the body of a teenage figure skater, sending shockwaves through the town of Wakestead.

The official synopsis of the show reads: ‘The drama dives into secrets, suspicion and systemic corruption – all under the surface of this seemingly quiet town.

‘The series begins when the body of teenage figure skater Sophie Madsen is discovered, sending shockwaves through the town of Wakestead.

‘As DI Crane (Keegan) and DI Radley (Douglas Booth) dig deeper, what starts as a tragic death, spirals into a tangled web of lies, institutional cover-ups, and moral compromise.

‘As the clock ticks and trust fractures, Crane must navigate both a murder investigation and the treacherous politics inside her own team.’

Alongside Michelle and Douglas, Line of Duty legend Nigel Boyle is set to star as a forensic technician called Brett Shergill.

Robin Hood star Joe Armstrong, who previously starred opposite Michelle in Fool Me Once, has landed the role of an ice-skating coach called Kyle Fraiser.

Since becoming a mum, Michelle has been living it up with luxury holidays, red carpet appearances and a major new deal with Sky, all while flaunting her enviable post-baby figure in skimpy swimwear from her fashion range.

It was recently revealed the mother-of-one has signed a six-figure advertising deal to become the new face of the media company Sky.

It’s the actress’ first major job since she gave birth to her daughter Palma in March.

Michelle, who found fame as Tina McIntyre on Coronation Street in 2007, will film a series of promo clips with fellow British actor Idris Elba, who already appears as the ‘face’.

A source told The Sun: ‘Michelle has really been enjoying maternity leave with Palma, but she’ll be back to work soon to film these new adverts for Sky.

‘Brassic is ending after the seventh series and Michelle is keen to still be a part of the Sky brand.’
