Michelle Bridges is enjoying a sweet mother and son trip with her boy Axel.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the 53-year-old treated her followers to a series of clips as they wandered through the streets of Rome.
In one clip, the fitness guru ensured they met their fitness goals as they conquered the iconic Spanish Steps.
Bridges looked effortlessly stylish in a chic blue and white ensemble, flaunting a hint of her sun-kissed skin.
She complemented the look with white sunglasses and a pair of trainers.
The fitness fanatic shares son Axel, eight, with her former partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis.
The couple split in 2020 after meeting on The Biggest Loser in 2012.
It comes after Bridges offered some inspiring words to women over 50 as she enjoys a mid-life career resurgence.

The author, who recently graced the screens of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia, told The Herald Sun that she refuses to let age deter her career.
‘I’m a bada** and I’m about to kick butt. We’re not going to get sidelined at this age, we’re going to put our hand up and say pick me.’
‘We’ve earned our stars, we’ve earned our stripes, we’ve got knowledge, maturity, wisdom and we can take it into an exciting next chapter,’ she added.
The personal trainer became the fourth star to be voted out of the jungle last weekend and described the experience as a ‘reality check’.
Discussing her stint on the show, Michelle admitted she missed her son ‘like crazy’, but was determined to continue in the competition.
She also revealed she’d been invited to star on the show many times, and had finally ‘found a gap in her schedule’ this year.

It comes ager Michelle admitted that she was disappointed to have missed out on the I’m A Celebrity final.
‘I won’t lie, I am disappointed. I really would have liked to have stayed a bit longer,’ she confessed in her exit interview.
‘I’ve loved meeting new people and I have made good friendships in there, I won’t lie. There’s some really great people I’ve connected with and I know that I’ll have that connection on the outside.’
Michelle was competing for her chosen charity, Women’s Community Shelters.
Rising to fame on The Biggest Loser in 2007, Michelle went on to appear on Celebrity MasterChef Australia in 2009, Dancing with the Stars in 2019, and Celebrity Apprentice Australia in 2021.
