With her mind elsewhere, the fitness guru, 53, completely forgot to close up her boot as she sped off down a Sydney road with all her personal items out in the open.
Thankfully, the television personality quickly noticed her mistake and jumped out to close the trunk completely before driving off again.
Sharing the footage to social media, the former Biggest Loser trainer issued a very honest response to the blunder on Tuesday.
Reposting a clip of the moment to Instagram, the I’m A Celebrity! Australia 2024 star penned: ‘When Menopause brain fog hits hard.’
She also advertised her upcoming health plan called The Menopause Method, which gives 30-minute exercise plans and recipes in a bid to aid menopause symptoms.
